I have been a customer at this BR location since I was born. This year I have experienced the most ignorant, rude, and humiliating service from this Baskin Robbins. The employees choose to ignore serving me and my family multiple times till 15+ minutes pass by, mess up my order and refuse to correct it after I point out their error, refuse to reimburse me, they have on occasions ridiculed my clothing as I wait in line, and continue to give poor service every time that I visit. I love Baskin Robbin’s but now I don’t even feel comfortable going to the one next to my home because the employees are so awful. Don’t even try door dashing an order they’ll mess that up too. The employees have no training and look like they’re miserable being there. There will be 4 employees and only 2 serving customers while the other two stand uselessly and laugh at customers. I hate going there now. I pray Baskin Robbin’s fixes this issue.

I saw a buy one get 1 free scoop deal going around Facebook for this location only and decided to take my siblings the next evening. There was ample parking space immediately in the front of the shop and in the plaza parking so we were happy that we didn’t have to walk much to the entrance. We go in and noticed that the freezer holding the ice cream cake and pint sized containers was locked with a key and padlock. (No problem there but it will be later on in this story. ) we go to order and the two young ladies working (1 Hispanic with great makeup and the rude employee here) made it memorable with her terrible customer service. She was defensive when asking her and telling her if we could get samples of the ice cream we were hoping to get for the deal and she then proceeded to be rude throughout the checkout process.I have a parent that has soy allergies and when I asked if the ice cream included soy as an ingredient she looked annoyed in having to double check and she came back within minutes to say she didn’t think so. I asked if I could get an ice cream container from the freezer to read the ingredients and she gave me the biggest stank eye even after telling her why I needed to check. My guess is she thought it troublesome to unlock the padlock but why take it out on a customer? While I was reading the ingredients she tapped her nails on the counter, noticing this I was like ok we gotta get out of here because she’s not making my time or her time any pleasant, when I show her my coupon she lets a an annoyed sigh out and curtly says “that’s for one person only” in other words with a purchase only one ice cream order counts. I told her we would pay separately since my siblings also carry their own money and she refused to charge us separately.The entire “experience” was terrible and could be understandable if they were extremely busy but it was just our family and 2 other individuals. I would not recommend this location and instead refer them to another location such as the one on pacific. To the franchise owner; please hire people that WANT to work and have a happy demeanor. Why hire someone that treats customers like a they’re a burden when that’s the the basis of the job they’re hired for?

Horrible service we were waiting while one girl was helping a older lady decide then the blonde girl was writing stuff on a pad then doing other things then comes to help and says who’s next we start to order then she says no they were here first kids behind us lol are you serious look up the cameras at 5:30pm 8-1-23 um ya nope we were there first never going there again when that girl works she’s awful

Always fast service. They have remodel the inside. Clean and AC blasting cold. Perfect spot to stop for a shake or ice cream.

The people who work morning shift at this store are very messy, they leave messes everywhere and its just a little unnerving that they’ll be serving ice cream with such a mess around them

This Baskin Robbins has great ice cream, milk shakes and ice cream cakes. The kids that work there are very nice. The place is tidy and clean. Still no dining inside as of 11/12/21. Their chocolate ice cream is ?and I recommend it if your a chocolate lover! Milk shakes are thick and yummy. The size of a scoop is also fair and not chinsy. We enjoy this Baskin Robbins. This establishment is located at 7908 West Lane. Suite 217 in north Stockton.
I got a summer time lime and i went to go eat it and when i was about to bite into it i saw hair in my ice cream.

We door dashed from this place last night and there was a metal staple in my daughters food. Thankfully I check each spoon full before I give her the food.
