i love this place ! if your from stockton you know this place is the go to for the best adobo, pancit & of course lumpia! my expirence today reminds me why this place has and will always be a go to!!! plate had 3 lumpia’s in total and more of everything i just forgot to take picture .

The food is always delicious. However, it seems that you're now paying more for less amount of food. It would also be great if they would reopen their indoor dining, but states they are short staffed - however, I believe the real reason may be because they're still doing great with just take out orders.

I wanted to like this place but sadly I will not be returning! The house pancit is so bland and does not taste like the traditional pancit at all! The shrimp lumpia was a huge disappointment as well. The shrimp were tasteless and small! Had I not known what I was biting into, there would be no way to distinguish you were eating shrimp! Perhaps the other selection is better but I’ll never know!

Best place for lumpia in town! Always my choice for Filipino food!Sept 2023~ It's been Years since I've eaten here, and let me say the food is just as good as it ever was! I ordered my favorite Shanghai lumpia, and it did not disappoint. My bf has never eaten lumpia before so he just had to try one of mine. Well one turned into 4, and a plan from him to return asap to try out other dishes there!The staff was just as friendly as ever, my order was freshly made, and hot as well, couldn't wait the 10 minutes to get home to eat it! Would definitely recommend Best Lumpia to any one who is wanting to try out Filipino food, it's the place to go.Parking: Location shares a huge lot with muptile stores, I've never had an issue with parking, always been able to park directly in front of the business or directly across from it.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot is available right in front of store, pavement slopes upward towards the door in a gentle rise.

I've been going here for years. It used to be a dine in or take-out place but since the pandemic it's take-out only. The food is so good! I recommend their pork lumpia and barbecue pork. Their pancit is also great. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Call in your order or you will be waiting for awhile.
