I’m from San Diego and came to Stockton to visit family and Binge Vietnamese Fusion seriously blew me away. Every single dish was packed with flavor, creativity, and that perfect balance of traditional Vietnamese comfort and bold fusion twists.

I had the spicy passion fruit wings (🔥 and tangy!), crispy fried squid, grilled oysters, papaya salad with jerky, and the bone marrow with toast..... every bite was yummy. The drinks? Amazing. I got the drink flight...

I enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to come back for more! I ordered the garlic noodles, salt and pepper shrimp! It was very tasty, not the garlic noodles I’m accustomed to but it was good! My friend ordered the pepper shrimp w/jasmine rice and the fried crab which was also very delicious! Go for happy hour, enjoy yourself and order a few things to try!
