Super słów. Usually when I get food it takes around an hour long. This time I only ordered 1 pazooki and it took 45 minutes

Noisy, couldn't hear my partner talk and she couldn't hear me. The stewardess was very kind and attentive but not overbearing, I think her name was Brandy.

terrible service. have messed up my delivery multiple times. was just delivered a bread bowl with no soup. one time there were bugs in my daughter's fruit. this place has gone downhill

Quick bite w the family. This BJ’s location (Stockton/Pacific Ave) is our favorite! Food is always good and service is even better � Thank you, Mathew for being so attentive w our group.

Don’t get me wrong the service was EXCELLENT, but we waited an hour for our food (not servers fault) and it was stale, cold, AND RAW. My girlfriend ordered the chili and IT TASTED LIKE BEER. The server literally said “people have said our chili has a hint of modelo” and she gave our food a disgusting look and asked if we were enjoying it and we cut open our meat and it might as well have moo’ed at us. The pazookie was very good 👍. We spent 127 dollars for raw and cold food. Would NEVER eat here again, but I did wish the servers a good night :)

Our server was friendly and attentive on this occasion. The food was all brought out at the same time, some food was hot, some food was not. Presentation seemed rushed even though it had clearly sat and waited for the rest of the order.

Grea luncheon with the ladies. Food was good, service was great. The company was wonderful. Had a good time.

Food was good. Service was lack luster. Not very attentive or helpful. Very slow. Said we were skipping dessert because we had somewhere to be and still took forever to get us check and out the door.
