We surprised them in the middle of the week with a group of 15 people and because they only had 3 people working at that time, we thought they were going to take forever with our orders. We were so wrong! The staff did an amazing job of taking our orders, getting them right the first time, and getting the food to us in a timely manner. Although there was a little bit of an attitude by the looks on their faces when we walked in, but I do not blame them a bit. I do advise anyone with a large group to call ahead so they can prepare for you. Thank you for allowing us to come in and bombard you like that. We were very impressed with the food, the timeliness and the atmosphere outside, which was gorgeous by the way!

Date of 8/25 Time: 2:30 PM I've always enjoyed dining at Bob's Burgers, but unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion. We arrived at 2:30 PM, well before the 3:00 PM closing time, with only two other people dining in. However, we were met with a very disappointing reception. A short hispanic woman greeted us with a noticeably poor attitude, giving myself, my partner, and even our toddler unfriendly looks. Without much explanation, she told us we would need to take our order to go. When we offered to sit outside, she still refused. While the food itself was up to the usual standards, the lack of basic courtesy and customer service left a lasting negative impression. We ended up sitting outside anyway, but the experience was soured by the way we were treated. Great food can't make up for bad service. If this kind of attitude continues, it could really hurt what used to be a great business.
This is an amazing spot, if you want to bring your family or pets Tacos and burgers are delicious! Breakfast is great! If you think otherwise check yourself!

The worst thing about Bobs is their prices. The food is pretty good nothing too special. The onion rings are garbage. The location and environment are cool but beware it can get busy on the weekends especially in nicer weather.
