Quite a delicacy. Very exquisite and affordable. Me and my girlfriend love coming here. You will see me here tomorrow.
We were on a road trip and found this place for lunch. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The food were delicious. The service was good.

Im a big fan of Bonchon chicken strips at most locations. Not sure if they switched at all locations but the strips here are nowhere near up to the bonchon I’m used to. Got 10 strips here and they looked like some factory frozen strips that were extremely uniform, which for a fried chicken location is truly bad.

First and last to this restaurant. Was planning to order Jollibee for my kids but the restaurant were not located on Hammer Ln anymore, so I thought I’ll give this restaurant a try. Turn out I can’t believe that I pay $93 for 4 items. I will attached some photos if I can. The fries were so little along with the meat and cheese that were added on it and it cost me $13.99. I’m so disappointed. Besides that the chicken that I order was a mixed large I think it was 15 wings and the wing was hecka tiny thinking it was the whole wings like KFC but nope they were those tiny piece of the wing and the drumstick were mixed I forgot how many pieces but if I’m not wrong maybe 6 pieces of drumstick and they (3) regular size ones and (3) tiny ones. Can you believe it? $41 for the chicken pieces?🤦♀️🤦♀️😡😡😡😡
Also order the Katsu $15? and the Tteokbokki $14 and did not taste good at all according to my girls. I can’t think of what I’ve order and this cost me $93. I’ll be calling my brother to send me my receipt since it was left on the bag and I’ll be calling the store. Next time always check your receipt or have them repeat your order before paying. It was my false for rushing and didn’t check on my receipt and didn’t check on the foods just have the kids eat n enjoy n check later and thinking why do I pay so much and the portion is so tiny😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡not worth it.

The ladies here are very sweet and attentive. Food is fresh and delicious and the presentation is nice as well. Usually not too busy during lunch hours either. The fried chicken and cheese corn dog are must tries. For the price and quality I would recommend this place 10/10

The Yangnyeom sauce was the best flavor
Bonchon delivers on its signature Korean fried chicken—crispy, flavorful, and freshly glazed to order. The garlic soy and spicy wings are standouts, and the sides like kimchi and potstickers round out the meal nicely. Service is friendly, though it can be slow during busy hours.
The vibe is casual and family-friendly, with soft music and a clean dining area. It’s not a fast food joint, but it’s great for a relaxed lunch or dinner with bold flavors.
If you’re craving something crunchy and different, Bonchon hits the spot without breaking the bank.

I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but I need to in order to warn people. The chicken strips at this location are awful and nothing like the ones at the Pleasanton location. Like another commenter said, they are flat and hard like cardboard. They taste like they were frozen. The ones in Pleasanton are good and tempura fried. I think the owner of this location is trying to save money. Bonchon please do QA over your franchisees.

The chicken from BonChon in the bay area is much bigger. The drumsticks from here are the size of chicken wing drums. Not worth it. I wount be coming to this location. The food was good... But for the price and the size of the chicken it's not it. I had a better experience in the bay area.

Always a treat when I'm craving real crispy wings. Bonchon delivers on that crunch with bold Korean flavors that hit every time. Tried almost every sauce by now and the spicy is no joke. Dining in is clean and well-lit, takeout stays crisp too. Worth it every time.

I got the boneless chicken and it was the WORST thing I’ve ever tasted! It tasted like you would imagine cardboard would taste! I asked if they had any dipping sauce and they said they don’t give that out, but it’s in the picture on their website! Also, the picture of the boneless chicken looked big and plump and delicious, but the one that I got was flat & hard- hard to bite/chew, and it had absolutely zero flavor! I had planned on dining-in, and my waitress was very polite/good, but there was another lady standing behind the bar that was not friendly, didn’t look up- zero help- and she seemed like she knew more than the girl that was waiting on me because my waitress had to keep asking her questions. But did she offer to help or say one word to me? No, She just kept doing whatever she was focused on. Since I couldn’t eat my food, I just paid for it and they packed it to-go. When I got home, I tried to give it to my cat, and my cat wouldn’t even touch it! And he LOVES chicken! But it didn’t have any resemblance to check to him either I guess! So I tried to give it to my friend‘s dogs, and they wouldn’t eat it either! And If that wasn’t bad enough, I paid a LOT for it! It was $17.49 for 10 pieces of what looked and tasted like hockey pucks! And with the $3 tip, It was $20.49! I will never go back!!!
