Incredibly long wait times all around. Took us about 10/15 minutes from the time we sat down to the time our order was taken. An additional 50 minutes for our food to come out. We actually had to flag our waitress down for an explanation. When food was brought out, wings(bone-in)were overcooked. Either the place was understaffed or the crew needs more teamwork effort.

Our waitress, Amber, was so friendly & professional. She had great recommendations, prompt service, and genuinely fun. Appreciate the 2x24 deal and $5 tall draft specials. The tots are exceptional. I would recommend a flight of hot wings, one of every flavor, as a special offer so everyone can appreciate all of the different signature sauces.

Very poor experience. Food was under portioned, cold, and customer service was horrible! Waitress told us that our items were all on happy hour in the end I ended up with a 70$ bill and food that was not worth it! Also the waitress kept my change.! I will never return to Buffalo Wild Wings.!

Bww is good for a number of things. Sports. Jukebox. Food and drinks. What was, and always is, exceptional was service from Ashley. Tending bar she did a great job serving myself, others, and staff. It's a busy thankless job that most folks assume is indentured that they're owed, but she did the job with a smile, poise, and provided a welcoming experience. That's the kind of service at any establishment that will keep me coming back. Thank you to her, and the management for trusting her to provide.

Not the girl throwing the sauce, because I came back asking for it after the first time her telling me it was in the bag and me taking back in. . . .this why I should've just went to Lodi my usual spot.

We haven't been here in years and more football fans than anything else, but nothing will bring us back to a restaurant more than the customer service. We went on a Thursday just because we wanted something different. Boneless wings appitzer, excellent. Burger, excellent. Chicken wrap exactly what I ordered, but I didnt like it and only had 2 bites. Two people asked if I wanted a box and I declined. When we got the tab our waitress has its removed. I ordered it, I got what I ordered and had no complaints at all that they did anything wrong. But wow. Seriously. Way to take notice your customer did not enjoy something. We will totally be back and so excited for football season. The vibe is on point.

Hi, I ordered wings as a meal deal, wings & fries and the sauce/seasoning or sodium was way too dramatically high for the wings, I was upset cause it ruined my appetite and my girlfriend, I did order it at 10:30pm on 05/05/2025.
