It's been awhile since I've been here. What was I thinking....40 minutes wait time for food. Asked 2 servers if I can get some help got told by both ok give me a few minutes and 15 minutes later nothing. I understand it's a Friday night but wow this was horrible.

Must of gone bad night. Very dead. Staffing 1 waitress trying do her best. They gave me a bottle of soda and that was it. Never came back to ask for refills or another bottle to wash down my food. That's why we had one beer and left. This place needs to be shut down. There's better options than this place.

I ordered the delivery with Buffalo wild wings through DoorDash. I ordered it for it to come on the 14th. I spoke with Buffalo wild wings and they said that they would push it through and I would get my order instead. They sent me an email scheduled my food for the next day. Like what good does that do me my son's hungry tonight so then I had to call DoorDash and go through them. Hanging up on me about three times to get a refund. Kind of ridiculous. Why wouldn't you just tell someone I can't deliver to you tonight instead of redirecting your food for the next day? Like hello people have hungry kids

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my most favorite restaurants. I love the spicy garlic wing sauce so much! I'm not sure when the order from the table started & I was hesitant to use it. But it was taking a long time (realistically around 10-15min) for the waitress to come to our table, so I scanned the QR code & was starting to place my order. I only had cash on me to pay, so I wasn't sure if the order from the table was going to make me use my card. But, the waitress showed up before I got that far & we just ordered with her.
Went on a Sunday. Have to assume this location has terrible management. The poor servers were doing their best in huge sections with no assistance in running drinks, bussing tables, running food, etc. The drinks took at least 15 minutes to be delivered to our table. And the wings were greasy (not crispy) when they finally came out. I'll never return.
