Waited in drive-thru over 10 mins watching them play around, asked for 1 extra sauce when I received my order, girl said it was 27 cents extra... and my order wasn't even right... never going to this one again! Charter Way BK is 100% better service and won't try and scam u on some sauce.

Seems they don't care about giving you warm, stale food that almost comes to $20.00 at this location. Soggy bread, stale fries and cold onion rings. Either shut the place down or hire new workers because it's totally ridiculous to waste folks money like this. I would not recommend the wilson way location because this seems to be an ongoing problem and my last time eating there.

My experience was not good the service sucked right along with the lazy workers and I got my order for pickup and I went and got my order but when I got home order was wrong come to find out I didn't even have my order I had someone elses and they had mine I called to let them know and the worker more less called me a liar and hung up I tried to call back no answer worst burger king I have every went to never again

Never get what I pay for always get my order wrong. It’s not the first time! Charge a lot, pay and get the lower cost version. What are we doing about this Burger King make a change or make sure you train your employees right.

Had an excellent experience at this Burger King! The customer service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, and very helpful. My order was fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. It’s clear this team cares about quality and making their customers feel welcome. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for convenient takeout with great service.

Ordered food online when I got the food it was okay but the service was extremely terrible with my drink I had very little ice and when I requested to get a refill of ice they charge you $0.70 what place charges for ice on a refill horrible customer service at this Burger King on Wilson Way worst of the Burger Kings in Stockton

Ordered through app, pulled up to store they tell me that they didn’t have ice cream, I then asked for a refund then they told me they weren’t able to refund my order in store I have to do it on app. I’ve now submitted a “appeal” for a refund when I didn’t even get my food in the first place, why would they not be able to refund in store? Never going again.

I ordered the new BBQ pork burger, didn't get that! The young man at the drive through window didn't speak much English. The entire experience wasn't worth it. The food (after taking the first bite, threw it away). The service was horrible, so I'll NEVER go there again. Good luck to anyone who goes to the BK on Wilson Way, Stockton, CA.
