Me and my family came here at 3pm, and there was nobody here, we ordered our food and waited 20 minutes for it, the place was understaffed and after some time more people showed up, and they waited at least 15 minutes to order their food, and a group waited 10 minutes to pay for their food, the food is great but the service wasn't, 2 stars

Waiting 20 minutes inside for them to take my order for them to tell me they can’t take my survey code. So I had to walk him through how the survey codes work like why tf should I need to do that. Finally he’s like ya u have to buy a fry and a drink and in like yes I know can you just take my order lol so finally after a long line they figure it out and get it done but like wth. And prior I went through the drive through and said I had a code and the ladies response was a sigh. Like bro you’re making 20 an hour why do you act like you’re making $5 a day????

BK in Stockton. Has BK stopped, "Have it your way"? My friend is a vegetarian and asked for The Melt without the patty-- basically a Grilled Cheese, Tomato Mushroom and Onion on the Melt bread. That was too much for Erica to comprehend. The order was repeated clearly and slowly, First Erica said there was no mushrooms. We said you have them on the Melt. Again the order was repeated, No Meat Patty, but on the Melt bread. Then she said they don't have the bread. In frustration we said FORGET ABOUT IT! The problems Fast Food Restaurants have is an ESL can't accurately process an order or, if they do, the food preparer can't interpret it correctly. This is how you lose business.
