Waiting 20 minutes inside for them to take my order for them to tell me they can’t take my survey code. So I had to walk him through how the survey codes work like why tf should I need to do that. Finally he’s like ya u have to buy a fry and a drink and in like yes I know can you just take my order lol so finally after a long line they figure it out and get it done but like wth. And prior I went through the drive through and said I had a code and the ladies response was a sigh. Like bro you’re making 20 an hour why do you act like you’re making $5 a day????

BK in Stockton. Has BK stopped, "Have it your way"? My friend is a vegetarian and asked for The Melt without the patty-- basically a Grilled Cheese, Tomato Mushroom and Onion on the Melt bread. That was too much for Erica to comprehend. The order was repeated clearly and slowly, First Erica said there was no mushrooms. We said you have them on the Melt. Again the order was repeated, No Meat Patty, but on the Melt bread. Then she said they don't have the bread. In frustration we said FORGET ABOUT IT! The problems Fast Food Restaurants have is an ESL can't accurately process an order or, if they do, the food preparer can't interpret it correctly. This is how you lose business.

Went to this place last night. Kiosk machine wasn't working. The man at the front counter wouldn't ring up order in the restaurant, he went to go "ask someone if he could". I went through drive thru and he didn't know how to take orders there either , this was the same individual. I was using my mobile app which is a very simple process. If I could give zero I would. I think there was a language barrier. He kept asking the same question and responding as if he didn't understand. So sad. I finally ended up going somewhere else. Please train your employees and make sure they understand English. .this man clearly didn't. Beyond unprofessional 👎🏽

I will never come back to this location!! The costumer service was unbelievable and horrible !!
They only had one worker making the food and cashier. Bathrooms were locked and the wait was about 40 minutes, the worker only gave me 1 sauce for 6 burgers, I tried asking for more and he was trying to charge me 50 cents more for another sauce. And gave me no napkins. I had to wipe my mouth with the bag the food came in. All though the food was very tasty!!!

Was not offered sauces or ketchup for the French fries and the portions have been reduced. For just under $8.00 you think that a customer would be offered condiments and sauces.
