Too slow this burger king

We went in and waited for at least 5 minutes and all three employees saw us and not one of them said anything. After 5 minutes, we finally asked if anyone worked at the front counter to which one of the employees rudely replied that she was taking an order and that we could use the kiosk or wait for her. She was not talking nor was she giving food to a customer. She was staking cups. We then told her that we needed the bathroom key and she said someone was in there so we would have to wait. We waited ten minutes just to find that there were two stalls so we could have been let in. Overall, very poor customer service.

Its sad that one of our favorite fast food places hires people that have no customer service experience and behave as if they hate people….We came to this BK and the lead team member was extremely rude. We ordered our food and she immediately told us they were closing in 15 min. They took a very long time to hand us our food and the team leader was basically kicking us out, she kept repeating “we are closed” “ we are closed” at the sane time another was handing us our order. Another employee came out and started throwing while stacking the wet floor cones scaring our two kids with the loud noise she was making and she yelled “you can come up now they are leaving“ I am not sure what her intention was by behaving this way specially with young kids around. If these employees hate their job so much then they should find someone else to work where they have no contact with customers and children. I will be contacting corporate.

They NEVER have anything and when they make the food its cold and stale and some employees are extremely rude obviously they dont like doing there job!

My second and last time I stop here. My advise, go somewhere else. Arco gas station sells better food than this place for half the price too. Both times they said ice cream machine is broken. Since I was stuck in drive thru i decided to try the special. 2 bacon burgers for $ 6.50. Worst food I had at a Burger King. The burgers were about 2.5 inches and 80% was just bread. Not worth the money. And meat tasted like cardboard uncooked. Probably crappiest meat ever. My friend picked up 2 tacos from taco truck. $8. Big difference. Im posting pics of tacos covered with all the fixings. Healthier food too. Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else. Burger King has died. Its no longer an American burger joint. You will feel ripped off.

Employees are rude and managers rude. They got my order wrong and food is cold. No apologies or refills on my drink for the inconvenience of me driving back for your guys mistake. Disappointed

The employees are rude and especially the supervisor and I never went to a Burger King were I asked for my egg on the side and was told they can’t do that. That my food has to be on the sandwich What happened to customer service because I don’t want my egg touching it shouldn’t have too. On top of they charge you for extra jelly and water which I find ridiculous. I advise nobody eat here. And they need new employees and bring in some different ethnicities because their only one race working and they are rude and shouldn’t be their
