This place surprised me. It was good ol Burger King goodness. The food was well prepared, the restaurant was clean, the staff was really friendly and the bathrooms were clean too. It's on my list of trusted fast food places now.

I asked the store manager if this is a equal opportunity, employer establishment she told me no. I asked multiple time just to make sure that she understood the question and her answer was no. Why would anybody purchase food here if they’re not an equal opportunity employer. All the workers are females there is no male withers or any other ethnicity besides Hispanic.

The service was bad . The food was WROSE!!!! The burger was made sloppy it taste like perfume was sprayed on them!!! The person taking the order had a negative attitude!!! Burger kind is definitely not what it was from being overpriced and the food nasty!!! ? Spend 50$ man Burger King get it together!!! Don’t come here at least to this location ?

They don't even try to honor coupons that are not even expired. I had the family bundle for 19.99 no taxes yet and It expires 8-25-24. They told me that number is now 22.99 no taxes. They should honor it because it's literally say I could use it at any burger king place.

This is BY FAR the slowest Burger King in Stockton. Every single time! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Burger King drive-through that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I pulled in, it was clear that efficiency and customer service were not priorities. The wait time was excruciatingly long—something you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant, not a fast-food drive-through.

Despite there being only a few cars ahead of me, it took an eternity for my order to be taken. The staff seemed indifferent, moving at a snail's pace without any sense of urgency. Once my order was finally placed, the wait for the food was even worse. I watched as the minutes ticked by, feeling increasingly annoyed and impatient.

When the food eventually arrived, it was lukewarm at best, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The entire experience was a colossal waste of time. Burger King needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and speed if it hopes to retain any customers. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Why is it that the prices skyrocket and the quality drops? I'm sure everyone who pays the money expects to see something close to how it looks on the menu. If I went to dine inside I can ask for a picture perfect burger instead of something that lacks all the toppings. Staff makes more and prices jump up but hell the tomatoes lettuce onions and pickles must cost the company too much to add to a burger. If we are expected to pay well then your expected to deliver what you promote on the menu.
