This burger king is the worst customer service ever. Carlos service supervisor didnt want to give me his name at first. He was horrible. I went to go get my order corrected and he gave me so much attitude for no reason . There were 3 pp who witness the way I was treated there. Burger King managers need to go have some customer service training because I felt discriminated and more.

Came through drive thru order my food with a small coke. Drove away then notice I didnt get my drink. I didnt have time to go back to get it. I forgot to ask and she forgot to give it to me.

I sat in front to charge my phone in my car. No body came up and bothered me which was nice or asked what I was doing. I went through drive thru and ordered and food was hot still when I arrived home. All in all a great experience

Im giving a 2 star on service but the last time I went to BK I didnt have any issues. This location is usually pretty slow at getting you your food. Also, I have ad an issue where I ordered an item online and when I got there they told me they ran out of it and asked if I wanted an item they offered as a replacement instead. I told them thats fine but when I got back to work apparently the replaced item cost less than the originally paid for item and I was out the difference. I was pretty upset but I couldn't go back and tell them since I was at work.
