I came all the way from Portland oregon, to receive slow service from the bartender, missed food, Luke warm food, and when he brought our food to us the order was wrong and what he did bring he said it to us. It was a baaaad first time explaining! Mr. Lucky was his Name.

They didn't have anything we wanted. They didn't have crawfish they didn't have egg they didn't have the shrimp we wanted, so I had to substitute for whatever they had and then when they gave us the bag I was missing a potato and I was missing a corn and they only gave me two tiny clusters of snow crab when it's supposed to be a whole pound. Then I've been trying to call and get a hold of the manager for weeks now and nobody's getting back to me. Unprofessional and sloppy. Waaay different then when they first opened. Too salty, just downhill and disgusting.

I had a date night with my husband since. We were in the area for business while eating we started smelling pine sole , I have allergies to the smell asked the waitress if they can stop cleaning the floors with that till we finish eating ,while eating we saw someone cleaning we told them that smell horrible and he said he needed to clean the floors , we talked to the host or manager at the front and she didn’t care either, she said we close at 10:00 and it needed to be done before closing. it was 8:27 when we decided to leave and finish our food at hotel room. We will not be coming back and will not recommend we spend almost $200 and couldn’t seat and enjoy our time out.

Food was good but when you spend $100 on food you expect your waitress to be better. She never came near us again after bringing our food. Never filled our water or asked us if we needed anything. She dropped off the check before we finished eating and we wanted dessert. When I said we wanted some key lime pie she seemed a little put out.
Total different experience when I went to one in Washington. Never again here.

I had the worst experience, first of all we came in at 730pm and ordered our food... We smell a strong odor of Pine-sol cleaner... We asked the waitress if someone was mopping, and she apologized and said that was the bucket of dirty mop water that was putting out the smell. She went and asked if they could move the bucket that was 10 ft from us... I guess the person in charge said no! Well, we tried to eat our food, but the odor was too strong... as we were leaving I ask the young man that was mopping the floor , why are u mopping the floor while all the customers were eating and he replied I have a job to do and it shouldn't bother you it pine-sol an disinfectant... and was like Wow, I went up to the hostess up front and asked the same thing and she replied that the manager wants us out of here at 10 pm... I then replied, it's only 830pm. You can't wait to mop and clean up after all the customers leave.. I then said I'm going to leave a bad review, and she replied I don't care, the I don't give a shit." The next morning I talked to the manager and he said that wasn't right and he was going to have a talk with them. This is what spending $200 dollars get u. I WILL TAKE THIS POST DOWN IF HE REALLY DID TALK TO THE EMPLOYEE'S. My only complaint about the food is that the catfish should be breaded in corn meal type of batter, and the seafood boil didn't have any seasoning in the bag, just butter and oil.. That seafood boil should have lots of seasoning and garlic !!!! It was bland... They give you o e small potatoe and o e small piece of corn.. Now, this is a $88 dollar order for 2. Are we supposed to split the small corn potato and egg. I didn't mention the hot sause did have tops, and it looked old and dried out... look at the pictures.

Took my family here for the 1st time,we enjoyed it,excellent service all though portions are on the smaller side for the price. Everything was good until.. food poisoning 🤢 ive been up all night....sick. really disappointed i paid $120+ to get sick

I ordered some dessert and both pieces were freezer burnt and had seafood taste too both. I tried to call the manager to inform them and they never came to the phone. So after 10 minutes, i hung up. I will never go back there again.

I am so upset right now! I ordered 2lbs of king crab, 1lb of shrimp, and 1lb of sausage with an order of eggs, which i paid nearly $200 for, which ended up being very few pieces of shrimp, sausage, and short on crab once I arrived home and opened the bag the food came in to my surprise.. What I did receive a hefty portion in was the potatoes and corn I specifically said I did not want😤I immediately called the Captain Crab restaurant on West March lane in Stockton Ca to dispsute this matter. I was told to send a video which I did and then shortly after was told to send a picture which I did just to be told the only thing they can do is give me the portion missing from the shrimp and sausage but not the crab. Mind you I drove from Manteca to Stockton for this meal!! Then I was told the manager will call me which I have been waiting an hour for that call in-which still have not received.. I am hungry and highly upset. I will now be driving back to Stockton for a full refund and they can keep their food. This is REDICULOUS!!! I ate here once before and the food is DELICIOUS, don't get me wrong, but today I did not get what I paid for and the communication in making this right is terrible!
