foodie vibes

I normally go to the one by costco because it has never let me down in service and order accuracy. But I think this place is also on that same level. Genaro provided exceptional service every time I went back to order something different or ask for condiments. And he was patient and did not look annoyed at all even though I kept forgetting to order some things. This is a good place to eat Carl's Jr.

Nice place to stop by if you're driving through. Tons of truck drivers so roadways are a but beat up. Food was good. However, it was quite a long wait. Unfortunately, one of the food items my family and I purchased was overcooked and inedible.

Went to pick up my Free Burger that I ordered online and they said they couldn't find my order. Showed them the confirmation and location and the rude manager said she won't make it because it's not in her system. I told her that I had already used my promo at that restaurant and she said oh well and continued with her business. Meanwhile other customers that ordered online were just grabbing their order. She didn't even consider that she could've gave my order to someone else.

Card machine down, a/c down, can't even redeem a reward or coupon on app. Person on duty wouldn't even offer any kind of a discount for issues they were having. They need to work on better customer service!

I recently visited Carl’s Jr., and my experience was disappointing. When we approached the counter, the cashier, a pregnant Latina woman, didn’t greet us or ask if we were ready to order. We had to initiate the process ourselves. Throughout the interaction, she didn’t say a word—no confirmation if our order was complete, no mention of the total, nothing.

When she brought our food to the table, she simply dropped the tray and walked away without a word. This level of service was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, when I went back to the counter to ask for ketchup, napkins, and ranch, I was surprised that none of these were offered upfront, as is usually the case at Carl’s Jr. The cashier was just standing there, seemingly uninterested in providing good customer service. For someone earning $20 an hour, I expected much better. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
