Great service and the staff was nice. We did have to pull forward but the food was super hot and fresh. They did a great job. We've had some not so great experiences with other CJ's and I just had to share a good one finally.

The drive through order taker was extremely rude and couldn’t even say hello slamming her fingers while she was taking my orders worst experience this is why I haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr in years

This is my favorite fast food all their hamburger are charbroiled and fresh love the criscut fries and zucchini the one om Hammer is the only one i know of that the drive thru is run with ai and it's pretty good they are open late i just wish there was one un central stockton

We went through the drive thr÷u and they were using AI ordering. I don't want to talk to a computer when ordering my food. My kids were screaming out what they wanted in the background and the AI was putting stuff in the order I didn't want. I will not continue to eat at Carl's Jr. If they replace workers for AI.

That AI system has to go. No question. This is Stockton. We don’t need AI taking our orders. They can’t even get it right. And they gave the wrong order. 2 different burgers but we got the fries and the drinks right. Won’t be coming back if AI is still in place.

The customer service was nice and the service was quick however they botched my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo but instead I received a western burger and the soft drink had more carbonation and tasted like they forgot the syrup. And it wasn’t even busy. I arrived at 10:00-10:30 and said my order and they repeated it back and still they got it wrong. Also the wrong order wasn’t even good! Definitely not coming back.
