Carl Jr will be my favorite restaurant out of the burger joints. The manager and staff are very nice and speak Spanish/english.The prices are now the same as McDonald’s and Burger King in a way which is good because they used to be expensive.Lots of parking, and an easy drive thru that looks to be remodeled.The area has a few homeless roaming around for the most part it’s pretty safe.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and the environment is safe for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that goes to the entrance.

I came here on the 1st and since then trying to get ahold of someone to either get the food i ordered replaced or anything has been an absolute nightmare.....first i went thru their drive thru and not only didnt get the burgers i ordered made correctly...but my combo didnt get fries....the person in the window gave me ketchup for burgers but no fries....whatever for i dont know...but the burgers were ordered with no tomatoes and pickles but still came with tomatoes anyways....the corporate site said they would ad the burgers and fries to my "rewards" portal....but never added anything so effectively i have not even gotten what i paid for almost a week later now....this whole corporation has stolen money from me and refuses to do anything to make it right....after contacting corporate over 5 times now and not getting a reply i am just leaving this review and warning yall to eat somewhere else as this place will not do anything to correct or replace food not given or made wrong....would leave 0 stars if i was able this is TRASH SERVICE and no way to treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carl's Jr made me sick! Gave me the nastiest burger ever! Don't eat there at all! Ima sue Carl's Jr for taking my money to give me food to make me sick. No one should ever go through this when they trusting someone to make they food. Carl's Jr and every other fast food spot need to be shut down!! ASAP!! I can't even leave 0 stars but definitely it's a 0 star!

As I went in the drive thru to order food, I was figuring out what I wanted to order. Approaching the window I ordered what I wanted off the menu and when I got my food it came back as the wrong order. Although the drive thru line was short with is why I put a high atmosphere rating, they messed up my food and were in a rush to get me out.

The worst place ever this place is now allowing people to sleep inside the building run buy homeless people, homeless will use the bathroom as a shower, run down owner / manager does nothing

The service here sucks i live close by but I usually drive across town to get better service and food. The young man who took my order is always so rude and pushy. The manager is very friendly and professional. (The man) the lady who works there not sure her role was all in the mix while i had a issue with my order and of course was whispering under her breath other then that the food was ok fries were very undercooked or old. My message to the nice manager please hire new staff this is always a issue everytime i go.
