Got here on a Saturday at 7:45, the door says the dine in closes at 8. Doors were locked. The workers made eye contact with me when I tried the locked door. Didn't even try the drive thru because I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

Husband - ate here because I needed to use the bathroom so I ordered the western burger, it never disappointed before and good for me it still didn't. The burger was still great but the fries were just ok.

The only complain it's the Vanessa it's really bad at costumer service. I ask for a hamburger with just mayo and ketchup for my daughter and got one with cheese. I told her and she said bring it to me with an attitude and grabbed the hamburger just to toss it in the trash can. Could of just said keep it. But no she wanted to make a point of superiority instead of kindness of heart. I was going to pay for the correct order. I have done it in the past. But this lady needs more training on customer service. Never again I'll stop here. And I'll take a break from all Carl's Jr.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered an order of Jalapeño Poppers, I wanted to get something else but the lady in the drive thru kept asking "is that everything for today" couldn't even look at the menu to see if I wanted anything else because I felt so rushed when there wasn't even anyone behind me.
Thank you so much to the lovely lady working the drive thru this evening. She slyly slipped a plain burger patty in my bag for my puppy Boogie who was TOTALLY flirting with her in the car. :) That was so sweet and it was such a kind gesture. Keep up the great work!!

Unfortunately walking into the restaurant is a bad idea. The Begging Bus is parked in the parking lot and you have to be dodging homeless to get in there. Next time I'm using the drive thru. Food and service was great

Sat there saying hello for 5min no reply. It was open. Workers were hiding out tell closing. Wasn't happy. It's not even midnight I went after 1130pm. Cars are there.
