I don't dig the AI order taker at all. You don't feel like you can ask questions at all so you don't really get what you want if you want to make changes at all. Made me feel completely unimportant that the customer isn't worthy of a human talking to us!!!

There were hookers trying to sell themselves to me when I entered the parking lot and the food itself was nooked so long that the Styrofoam was nearly dripping. But otherwise good service.

I went through drive through and ordered the famous combo with cheese and no pickles, onions rings, and a dr pepper. I received a cherry coke, fries, pickles and no cheese on my sandwich. Ai took my order correctly in drive through. Terrible night

They would only serve burritos in the morning. Nothing else. No breakfast menu. Stinks inside. No management. Employees just standing around talking to each other. Ignored me. I just walked out.

As I walked to try and dine in doors are locked it was 630am I'm looking at their hours and says open at 6am I'm knocking gentleman there and cook there tell me to go threw drive threw. Yeah ok let someone run me over. Drive threw customer tells me they don't have they ish together here so I decide I need corporate #. As I wait to speak to guy he tells me they don't have # I must Google it. So I will never be stopping here ever again.

Automated ordering system was completely wrong, took twice as long. Then had to repeat the ENTIRE order at the pick up window. Pulled around to park for our order. After FIFTEEN MINUTES went inside. The staff were filling everyone else’s orders! Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for our order! We could have had better restaurant service! No apologies, no acknowledgment, no compensation for the inconvenience. We will never stop here again.
