Always lazy service and half ass food. Don't go there. They do not try to fix or replace food. I tried calling and contacting the store regarding concerns for my food and no acknowledgement on this restaurant behalf. They have really gone down...

They have the BEST steak fajitas anywhere. I travel all over the world and I've never had any steak fajitas this good anywhere. The chef is phenomenal. It's a family owned restaurant. They work hard.

This was the first time visiting this location. The place was not very crowded when we walked in, but began to fill up as we waited for our food. Service was ok, but the wait between placing our order and receiving our food was excessively long. The presentation of the food was good and the staff checked back and took care of additional requests. The only problem was that the food was not as tasty as our usual Casa Flores in Lodi CA. It was uninspired and bland. It is worth the drive to go to Lodi instead.

Food was fair, what you would expect from a mid tier mexican restaurant but not something from brookside.
Service I cant comment as i did do a takeout but 1 star because of the mandatory 5% take out fee, then the audacity to spin the tablet for a tip starting at 18%.
One chip and salsa PER TAKE OUT ORDER not per meal which is incredibly weird for a mexican restaurant.
Would not order again.

I’ve been a lover of casa Flores forever! Their gravy and cheese is to die for. I also appreciate the excellent service every time we’re here :D

Food was average for a Mexican place. Salsa was average also. However the service was quick and responsive. Not my favorite Mexican place but good with friends

Terrible service at the Brookside location. Ordered online during off-peak/non-busy hours. It was hours before closing time and only a small hand of seated customers were there when I arrived at the given time to pick up my order. I was told by the cashier that it was not ready yet and that they needed up to 10 more mins. No problem, I waited there inside for my order. After some time, another waitress came over with the order and said my name. I stood up and said yes, that’s me with my hands extended towards the box. This girl looked at me, walked closer, then put the box on the counter instead of handing it to me. I still said, “thank you.” She didn’t respond nor smile, just turned around and walked back through the half empty dining area. Zero professionalism whatsoever.

It's in a area with other shops and businesses. It's easy to access from I-5 to March Ln to Brookside Rd.( It's off of Brookside Rd).

Poor service I ordered online for pick up showed up food wasn’t ready then they asked me to wait 15 min and kept going in circles. At the end I didn’t get my food
Love coming here. I've been coming to this location since they opened.
The ambiance and service are not as great as the one located off of Hammer Lane.
Great place! First time there.
