The chicken fried steak is delicious! But the portion is so big half is coming home. I will be back.

Has the hometown, local vibe good food it was some of the best French toast I have ever eaten and my husband's fresh made sausage patty was thick and flavorful very good. Only downside was limited hours and seating, so go early!

To walk into a “breakfast place” at 8am and no other customers, I should have walked right back out. Chicken Fried Steak was recommended and was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Overcooked and hard as a rock. Gravy, optional apparently, was peppered flavored bacon grease and flour. Over medium eggs were more like hard boiled. Yokes were completely cooked. Hash browns could use some seasonings but ok. The interior looks like a 50’s farmhouse that’s run down. If the food was good it would be kinda cool but it just vibes, “don’t eat here”.

Went in asked for eggs over easy on my sandwich the waitress told the cook and he made it and said he pops the yok . I said well I want the yok he said it’s too much trouble people don’t like it And brought me 2 more eggs over easy on a plate so I remade my sandwich. The place is always empty and it’s expensive to eat out just make it the way the customer asks . This is 2 times in a row .

The waitress was RUDE with a total attitude I feel like I was being discriminated against she was so pleasant with the White patrons but came over to me rude Rude Rude. Didn't get her name but she's a Fat White Woman with a grey and black ponytail. I will NEVER RETURN!!!!

Kid-friendliness: The staff has crayons & paper for customers- kids to show their artwork. Taped throughout the walls, inside the restaurant, leaves me coming back for more.
