Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I made an order online as a guest in advance to prepare for my lunch break and arrived a half hour after they allegedly were suppose to open, all the lights were off and the shutter was closed with only a single employee there who was in the process of starting to open the location, she told me she couldn't cancel or refund me and to try and get a refund using the receipt she handed me tomorrow, (I won't be in the area tomorrow).. very inconvenient

Only one person managing entire thing. They don’t have access to modify order once placed via kiosk.
They didn’t have shake and cheese but still accepting orders for them and didn’t provide any refunds.
The person managing kitchen couldn’t modify order.

We waited for an hour for our order and after the wait they came out and told us they ran out steak and their manager was not answering their phone callsl.

Compared to the one in the mall, this place really gets zero stars. Not one time have I come here did they have everything they advertise. No fries, no chicken, no cups and never ice cream. Why do they bother opening. It’s ridiculous. To top it off their customer service sucks. They find it humorous that they can’t prove everything on the menu!!!

Came in today to find that are out of french fries. How does an establishment not maintain inventory when this is a major part of what you sell. Also out of ice cream. This is not the first time I have has issues with this location. I had to ask a person to change gloves after watching her work the register and fix sandwiches in the same gloves. Did not get anything.

This restaurant has an amazing franchise.However they could not complete and get a order right after you spit a significant amount of money.

Did a curbside pick up order. Waited 15 mins after it said my order was ready. No one came. Tried calling but they have their phone disconnected. My kid is asleep in the car so I can’t go in! So frustrating

Save your time this place is a joke. Not sure who owns it but they cant be on site often or at all. I ordered my food there was only 2 employees in the place. You order yourself so they were both cooking and I waited 20 minutes before I asked for a refund. I could see my order was 3rd in line still and there was no meat being cooked on the grill. By my estimate I would of waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich!! Come on now and it wasn’t even what I would call busy. Smh

If your trying to get a job at this place lol good luck. My son has filled app out, spoke to manager, gone by there multiple times , been showing weekly effort , got work permit, done everything the manager has asked and no response. My son has even sat waiting for manager to speak with him, the after a hour the manager just leaves,not even acknowledging my son is waiting there to speak with him. Rude, sorry management and just not good leadership. Needles to say he's look else were for work. Oh BTW they need the help cause you will wait forever for your cold sandwich and fries too...

Ordered 2 large sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks for delivery.Got 1 large sandwich, a half sandwich, and 1 fry.I was missing half my food and the food I got was flavorless trash. I'll never be going back.

Holy Moly! First time here today. Stefani rang me up and she was super helpful in helping me ! I chose the lemon pepper wings!! And people don't sleep on these wings, Cuz they are fire!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: My son is in a wheelchair and I know we could definitely eat here with plenty of room.
