The owner I believe was very nice and genuine as he was taking my order. I love the fact that he interacted with his employees and they all laughed and all had conversation with one another. Seems like a very tight crew. The atmosphere is good and food was delicious. I had the small chicken sandwich and fries and also a lemonade. Overall good food, good atmosphere and good experience. 😃

Food was ok. Meat was dry, fries under cooked and they had the nerve to charge .50 cents for a cup of water after paying over 40 dollars. Done with this cheap franchise owner.

Very expensive and just not worth it. It's more expensive here than at a sit-down restaurant. I asked for a cup of water and they charge .50 cents for tap water. Go somewhere else

Hands down the best!! Want fresh ingredients? Come to this location!! The staff is so friendly and the location is very clean. I have never eaten here and
I enjoyed it with my spouse. We got to eat something fresh and watch tv. What else can I ask for. This place is great!

It's hard to find a good cheesesteak on the West Coast, but Charleys is my go-to when I'm in the mood. Love that I can have it my way by selecting the extra's I want. The bread is nice and soft and not over powering. I also love their strawberry lemonade. As for Atmosphere, it's mall food court so you decide.

This place is a joke! total rip off spent almost $50 for 2 combos.The sandwich’s had barely any meat and looked like they were assembled by 4th grader.When I asked why there was hardly meat the only response I was given was “the slices are pre-cut” I’ve eaten at Charley’s in Tracy and Sacramento bout a year ago and it was great not sure what this places problem is but it sucks save your money!

Charley's is the only place I eat when I visit the Mall!!! I used to eat the Pepperoni Philly, but they took it off the menu!!! They have downsized the menu, but it's fine with me, because I only eat chicken nowadays!!! I prefer the Chicken Philly or the Buffalo Chicken Philly!!!

Charley's always has great customer service and food for the whole family!!! My lady prefers the steak and my youngest child eats chicken and fries!!!

Read a review titled Top 10 Cheesesteak Sandwiches. It put this establishment as number one. Figured I’d give it a try. Huge mistake. Doesn’t even come close to the number two rated Jersey Mike’s. I wouldn’t even put this place in the top 10!

Little overpriced but worth it. Get double meat for sure. Double meat small sandwich w/ fries and drink $18-19
