Was enjoying a girls night out having a lil dinner and we turned around and seen bugs crawling in our food ! They offered us a cake or 10% to split 3 ways insane !

Excellent service good food

The food was good and the customer service we received from the whole team was beyond amazing. Alex, emonie and the manager(sorry didn’t get his name) were amazing who kept checking in on us. Thank you so much for your service!! Coming from the drunk besties from the boot 😂

Avoid this Chili’s if you’re looking to experience the magic of their 🩷wicked💚 margaritas. They don’t serve the cocktails with a wand or in the correct glass (I had to ask for a margarita glass) 😢

This place was absolutely awesome! Great food - great people - great service! I will definitely go here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

August2025: THINGS FIRST.......Diana has wonderful customer service 💯 🌟 's . I hope the store manager see's this. She went above and beyond meeting every single needs we ask about. also while multitasking with other customers. Checking on other customers continuously as well as checking on me and my aunt continuously she made strong personal connections with all her customers. Diana greeted us with a happy smile took us to a booth and proceeded to help me order lol because it was my very first time to Chillies. I feel silly saying this but yup been living in stockton for 34years & first time here 😌. My parents go here alot and say the food is wonderful. I will be coming back, when I don't know but will be back. We did the 3 item lunch specials. I got the classic Margarita on the rocks, man that bartender really knows how to make a drink 🍸 😉. The chicken enchilada soup was so CHEESY 🧀. I got the smash burger but I don't like thousands Island dressing so I had it with Chipotle sauce. The FRIES are HELLA good & I'm picky on my fries I will waist money unfortunately if a places fries are bad but Chillies your fries are DA BOMB DIGITY 😆 LOL. I'm being silly and serious with this review because I had fun Diana made my first time very special and she didn't know it was my first time till the end when I told her. So thanks for haveing marvelous customer service Diana🥰🫡👏🏼.

10/23: Walked right in my aunt instantly remembered the Alex that was up front asked he can wait on us because she just had him yesterday with her sister on 10/22 ....Later resaw Daina, also met Bricen he kindly checked on us. The store manager Nick we met has a warm happy vibe he give with his store you can tell he puts pride in his Chillies. Alex did above and beyond his customer service was excellent I like how he went over that there is a buffalo ranch for sauce options for my smash burger. I appreciate being constantly checked on while Alex still was making his other customers happy. The half tea half strawberry drink i got was yummy he fixed me one to go very nice. I am leaving Alex a review on here because we ran out of time to leave the review on the in restaurant one so he gets his positive feedback. So now my aunt has her set favorites lol Daina, Alex, Gabby. I didn't get to meet Gabby but my aunt was going on and on about a Gabby also with excellent customer service as well. You know its a well oiled machine when multiple multiple staff bring you back again and again.

I loved the easy check out way.
The food was great. The portions are large. So 2 meals was enough for 4 of us.
