A little busy but the servers try their best to accommodate you.
Best in town, very nice staff .
If I could give 0 stars I would. The rice tasted like old oil and the ck was soggy. The people are rude. I ordered 2 things (sweet/sour ck and fried rice). My husband and I tried it, maybe ate 10% just to see if we liked it. I called the restaurant to see if I could get a refund because we were not happy with taste or presentation. They told me to bring it back so I sent my husband down. The lady was rude by not wanting to give him our full refund and told him not to ever come back. I wouldn't have said anything about this restaurant if it was just my opinion on the food but for them to disrespect customers is not appropriate.
Best sizzling rice soup
Food has no flavor they must be out of soy sauce(kikoman)/msg and spices to the taste. They overcharged for a meal but they serve take-out inside the box and Tupperware. Chowmein was missing chicken meat in and not only thing was missing to my food. Salt n pepper chicken wings was another story about it. Smdh...
Came here during dinner time. Food quality is average. Price is ok. Portions of the food are always good for 2 people. I always get the honey walnut prawns when I go to chinese restaurants.
I ordered in the restaurant and I stood there about 5 mins before the employees even noticed me and helped me

Before yesterday afternoon (September 26th 2024) we had not been back to CHINA PALACE in over a year and that's because, the broccoli ordered was delivered to our table "raw", on purpose -- so we gave them a "break"; but yesterday, our $91.00 meal was WORSE:
1) Egg-Foo-Yung "scorched" (on purpose) --
prepared/over-cooked in "old" burned oil;
2) Roast Duck "dried-out" (served, anyway)
-- may have been "Wednesday's-Duck";
3) Steamed Rice "bottom-of-the-pot" dry
(served, anyway);
4) Large "Golden" Prawns "frozen, scorched
& shriveled" (on purpose) and were
"hard" (chewing like old "onion rings" ) --
prepared/over-cooked in "old" burned oil;
they looked NOTHING LIKE THOSE
PICTURED IN THE MENU (served,
anyway);
5) Sweet & Sour Pork ...but, NO PORK (on
purpose) ...just "hardened, scorched,
MEXICAN-like chicarrone skins" --
prepared/over-cooked in "old" burned oil;
they looked NOTHING LIKE THOSE
PICTURED IN THE MENU (served,
anyway)
6) Shrimp-Fried Rice (served, anyway
frozen & tasteless shrimp); prepared/
home-cooked in "old" burned oil;
(Best things: Noodles & pot of hot tea.)
I used to frequent the "old", original GAN CHY and BOW-BOW restaurants -- I know "good" Chinese food.
I felt "sorry" for the waiter ...so never said or did anything. (Was he in on it?)
If I DON'T hear back from the owner(s)?
...that's probably gonna be it -- got better food at STAR CAFE on 8th/El Dorado!!

I have tried Sherman's, Food4Less' and now China Palace's garlic chicken. My gosh, the chicken was so dry and the skin wasn't crunchy at all for something that's fried. I'm so upset by my dinner ?
I came to this establishment based on the reviews. This restaurant is horrible. I received food cold. They had to microwave it and re- steamed my food not once the waiter or waitress checked on me all they cared about was if I wanted to order anything from the menu didn't care to ask me I wanted anything to drink I had to flag someone down to reheat up my food. I end paying for service for microwaved food that’s should have been hot and fresh once it landed on my table. I Paid for my food unfortunately I did not leave a tip due to the fact A tip is based on the quality of service and attention to details and that the waiter or waitress has with their guest unfortunately, there was none of that so paid for my food and left tried calling the manager and tried to express my disappointment of her establishment, but unfortunately, all I got was a rude phone call again. If I was to write this store based on customer service it would be a zero product which is the food is zero the presentation would be a zero it’s pretty sad and frustrating, that a place like this treat people, why would you want to eat here if this establishment doesn’t care about the quality of service nor they care about their guest well-being I would stay away from this place
Fresh food and great service ?
