The wonton soup is always good, but yesterday, I made the mistake of ordering fried rice, it was awful. The shrimp egg foo young, they should've been ashamed to serve. No shrimp cooked into it, just a few small low quality shrimp sprinkled on top of the tasteless concoction. Anyways, back to dynasty! I should not have strayed, oh! AND $68 bucks I'm out for inedible food. I will go back, but only for the wonton soup.

Visited China palace today (Saturday) for dim sum. We were seated next to ballroom which was occupied by a party. Dim sum cart never really made it our way without us asking for it. And by the time it would get to us everything good was taken. Food was cold. I had to get up from my table to ask a waiter to come take our orders. We weren't given water we had to ask for it. When we finally got some food they were trying to rush us out of our seats so they can seat other people. We spent about $200 today and the experience made us never want to dine in here again.

Wedding Review Ok so I recently did my wedding here and I have to say i was disappointed. First they had a lunch event right before our event and did not had adequate time to set up. I feel like if you're booking a weeking you shouldn't book anything else that day. When my family arrived to start set up at 3 (the earliest they told us we could be there for an event that start at 5) the tables weren't even out). They had to move the tables from the separate entrance before we could even begin setting up. And people started arriving before set up was done. The chairs were bare and did not have a seat cover like they do in their pictures. And their sweetheart take was just a table in the middle (there was no food being served to the table btw) They also take forever to bring out food. (8ish?) My guest ate everything off the dessert table. I would probably provide My own appetizer during cocktail hour next time. We were in need of 1 extra table which I didn't think was a big deal since they said they would have 3 tables on stand by if needed (which they said they wouldn't charge us for, but did anyway) Make sure someone counts the money with them several times they tried to say we were short when we weren't. (Both when I paid half the amount and the final amount the night of). They started closing their barriers at 10pm (we had place until midnight), so the rooms was being closed off. They were just rude over all. Not a great to treat your customers when they spend 11k. The good is that we were able to bring our own alcohol. (But we need our own Coolers and ice to keep them cold)

Been hearing about this restaurant for a really long time and we decided to forgo our normal spot to come here. It is VERY beautiful inside, but a bit confusing because initially we thought it was solely take out with the location of the inside order window. On our way out to the front door we saw the seating and decided to ask someone if it was only a take out restaurant and after a long moment a fella called out and asked if we wanted something. We said we were here to eat. He sat us down and immediately provided us with water. We went there for lunch so our choice was from the lunch menu and my choice originally included a sweet and sour pork dish. Because I don't eat pork I looked through the menu and saw that they had the same dish but in sweet and sour chicken. So I explained that I don't eat pork and I asked if I could have the chicken instead and the waiter in a stern voice said NO! WE DON'T substitute any food. I asked about asking anyone else and I tried explaining, he answered back they will say the same thing. We went back to our usual place. I really don't understand how hard it would have been to simply substitute for a dish that they already provided. But I guess they didn't want our money, and if it meant losing a customer that could potentially be loyal AND brought more business to them, then it must have been worth it to not accommodate a new customer!

Been ordering takeout like once a week, there's always something wrong with my order, every time and still give an attitude when we come back to get the actual food we ordered.

I went here tonight, it was SOOO DELICIOUS! The lady was so nice and welcoming! The food was so good, just like authentic Chinese Food I grew up eating in Oakland Chinatown! I highly recommend this place! I will be going here all the time now. I am so happy to have found this place. I had Mongolian Beef and Vegetable Chow Mein. So delicious! Happy to start the year of the Dragon off good!

I wish I could give a no star review Worst customer service I've ever experienced the gentleman that waited on us was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE it was a terrible experience rushed and bothered by my questions this man had the worst attitude he made me feel dumb I will not recommend or ever go back they really need to check their staff I had ordered at least 150$ worth of food (which I didn't mind) because I've been wanting to try but immediately after i ordered I could not go through with itmy children felt his distasteful attitude and didn't want to be there he should not be the fac front of that store felt bad canceling but not after how he treated us definitely do not recommend I never even got to taste their food but by the way that they treated us it's a no for me

I ate Mongolian Beef, Salt&Pepper Wings and Wonton Soup. I liked the food but didn’t love it, especially since my sister told me that all the meat (beef, chicken AND wonton) was raw. I prefer well done so this takes a star off for me. Still good as it was savory and tasty, but not “perfect” or well-done.
