**STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION**
The food is good but something is seriously wrong with the employees here. They don't acknowledge you, they rush you, they totally avoid eye contact or saying thank you. I get that working in fast food is rough but if you're going to treat me like a pest then I'm just going to go somewhere else.
Edit: Dropping from two stars to one star. They mixed my bowl up with someone elses. Drove through midtown and back just to pay for the wrong order. I'm just going to trinity park from now on at this point.

I work nearby and always come over for lunch, consistently every single time there has been wonderful and quick service. The only complaint I can think of is occasionally tables are dirty but the staff are always on it with most tables being clean.

This location has got to be one of the WORST. The woman taking my order was RUDE AS HELL!!!!!! Argued with me every time I asked for something and refused to give me her name when I asked for her. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE! It was a kids soft taco order, nothing fancy and she LITERALLY got pissed off because I asked for a side of quac. In a cup because I don’t like it in the container. I can in to order lunch, NOT to have a verbal altercation!!!!!!

Why is the steak mostly Fat non edible pieces. I'm really sick of y'all... Either have some damn steak or DONT SERVE IT. This why y'all stay getting talked to crazy always playing games. Been here many times and it’s honestly a roll of the dice how it’s gonna go. Some of the staff is very stingy with portions. I’ve reviewed many Chipotle locations, but this is the first time this has been found to be noteworthy enough. This isn’t an issue with everyone, but enough of the staff that I feel I have to point it out. Some of the staff is sweet, polite, and courteous, but some are very robotic and transactional. Many times the lemonade machines are neglected and go empty. The trash piles on and the drink area gets a bit messy. Also, the bathroom code on the receipt doesn’t work most times and one must ask the cashier for the code. Though, the bathrooms are very clean. This location is not without hope, but many areas of opportunity.

This place is an absolute JOKE!!! I had a job interview the other day at 2 PM and when I got there I was told that the manager/s were on break. To go ahead and wait in the dining room and they'll be right with you. As I walked into the dining room there were 3 people sitting at a table, all of which had Chipotle shirts on. I sat there and watched them chit chat and fiddle with their phones, just oblivious that they had a potential new employee waiting for an interview. Five minutes became 10. Ten minutes became 20. After 25 minutes I just walked out. Unbelievable...

Don't go in evening, this location is not vegetarian friendly! veggie option was not available, so they offered anything but.... management was rude regarding the situation, pretty sure they were just to lazy to prep more, fajitas looked unappetizing/ gross, guacamole was only available for online orders( not in store order) management was rude, and they offered meat as a sub, to a VEGETARIAN!!!!
