Really? People like this stuff? My son likes chipotle but I donāt know why. He brought me a burrito last night. Brown rice, extra chicken, cheese. I think it was close to $15ā¼ļø All of the cheese was on one end of the burrito. I did not have any cilantro or salsa or anything else on it. So the burrito had very little flavor. Just spicy chicken. It definitely seems overpriced. I would not order it again. Good luck chipotle. Iām not a customerā¼ļøā ļø

They never get your order right than you try calling the store and your sent to an automated line where they try to give you a free drink for a $80 dollar order . Honestly I would think twice before ordering again.

While I was in there restaurant waiting in line with a friend, I noticed that what I think was the manager yelling at one of their employees. I thought that was absolutely Disrespectful especially to do that in front of your customers. The poor employee just had their head looking down as their manager was just screaming at them. Super unprofessional. Even though I absolutely love their food iām not gonna support a business who is gonna yell at their employees in front of their customers God knows what happens behind the scenes. After I witnessed this, I immediately left

Itās a decent place for quick lunch. Iāve ordered ahead and my order was waiting for me I was missing one of my meals tens, but they fixed the mistake as soon as I brought it up. Just check your order before leaving

I may not be an expert at wrapping burritosābut what I experienced today was unacceptable. I left genuinely disappointed and, quite frankly, disgusted by the complete lack of care and presentation. The employee had to rewrap my burrito three times, and each attempt looked more unappetizing than the lastāwithout so much as an acknowledgment or apology.
While I take some responsibility for not voicing my concern sooner, it was clear I wasnāt alone in my reaction. Even another customer commented, shocked, at the poor quality. It's troubling when there's no discernible distinction between management and associates in terms of professionalism, service, or attention to detail.
The lack of training, customer service, and basic food presentation standards was glaring. Unfortunately, the burrito ended up in the trash. Iāll need to find another locationāthis experience was beyond disappointing.
Always a great place for a delicious meal. They use too many red onions tho but still good.

The formula works, the food is always good. There is something that bothers me though and it's not the food or the service. Everytime i walk in there i look up at the heresy being committed with those classic high fidelity klipsch Heresy speakers being turned upside down and condemned to soft background music.. This Chipotle was fast, got my order correct and filled my bowl full! I ordered the chipotle honey chicken and it was delicious. The server did such a great job serving our food. We were extremely satisfied with service and food. We were able to sit outside in the outdoor seating area which was peaceful and quiet.
