The formula works, the food is always good. There is something that bothers me though and it's not the food or the service. Everytime i walk in there i look up at the heresy being committed with those classic high fidelity klipsch Heresy speakers being turned upside down and condemned to soft background music.. This Chipotle was fast, got my order correct and filled my bowl full! I ordered the chipotle honey chicken and it was delicious. The server did such a great job serving our food. We were extremely satisfied with service and food. We were able to sit outside in the outdoor seating area which was peaceful and quiet.

First off not only was the place small, but kind of dirty. While it probably only seats about 6-8 people inside, all of the tables were either smeared up or had food particles on them. Even the floor had a bunch of garbage on it as well. The black guy who helped us wasn't very friendly either. He kept fiddling with his pants which we thought was kind of odd. When he was done helping us he went to get a soda and we could see that his pants were sagging. Not a good look. We even noticed the guy cooking on the grill was talking on his cell phone at the same time. Very unprofessional to say the least.
How you gonna screw up the same order 3 times in 2 days. Disgrace . ZERO stars

I’d literally rather drive to Lodi than keep comin here. I used to love this location but it’s gone downhill. After a long day of work, I like coming here at 9pm cause I see they close at 11, but EVERY TIME I COME IN, they’re out of one, or more things. Isn’t there someone who gets paid to make sure things are ready to be made for the customer? I’m so tired of this location never having anything ready, and then they tell me they won’t make anything else for the night when it’s 9PM and they don’t close for two more hours. I came in tonight on 11/2 to experience this. Not to mention on Halloween, I tried to be considerate of the employees with how busy they were….. but my chicken was literally RAW….. it was DISGUSTING… I am so tired of this locations laziness, unprofessionalism, and overall the food here tastes disgusting compared to Lodi’s Harney location. Please tell your employees to do what they get paid for. It’s not nice to come in after a long day and be told “We have this much white rice in the bowl, do you want to mix brown?” No, I don’t like brown rice that’s why get white LOL. Then they offered the people behind me new rice, and the employee was offended I said I’d like to wait for new rice as well. Seems they like to rush people out and not make new stuff so they can hurry and close. No wonder why this location is always empty.

To start off a girl with eyelashe extensions, was serving me in a very bad manner and would respond/look at you very disrespectful and just looked very miserable. If this is how they serve their costumers I will not be going back.

Service was acceptable, it's a small location like a pill box. I ordered the steak burrito the steak was really lacking undercooked no flavor and most of it I just spit out because it was lower grade. I've always defended CMG as a pretty good meal but this was the first time that I would say is pretty low.
