Absolutely terrible customer service here. It's pretty obvious the employees weren't hired due to their knowledge of the industry or the skills they possess. Something more nefarious might be to blame here..

I’ve been to this chipotle many times and I have to say that the employees are 10/10 they have Great customer service . However, The MANAGER with the beard needs to not humiliate his employees in front of customers. If he has an issue with the portion serving size that is something that should be addressed privately not shouted out to his employees in front of other customers. Other than that everything is great !

Check your food always if coming here, got plastic in my food today 8/15/24 Almost swallowed it.. Maybe if the guy wasn’t playing on his phone he would have noticed the plastic. Along with the female there as well who was in a rush for some reason when we were the only people there.

I went there in the day time, & at night. They didn't have a few vegetables to serve onto the bowl. She said they ran out early. If that is the case, they should serve you more of the other condiments like meat or salsa or corn. She said she can't do that. She can only give one serving. Then, they should charge the customer lesser because I didn't get enough vegetables. A black lady works here. She is a miser. I took less rice, yet I had to keep asking her to add more of other ingredients like the meat, & everything else. It looked like she was counting how many onions she served me. She has a stern face, no smile.

The employees are very friendly and kind. The food is lacking however. I love Chipotle for the delicious burritos but every time I have online ordered from this location the burritos are subpar. I hope in the future the quality changes.

Parking lot is a mess -- just way too small and cramped. I recommend parking outside their lot.
Signage and a better line system is needed. There is no "order here" sign and the line to order snakes through the dining area despite there being a wall to line up against.
Food was good and portions were mostly adequate (protein and guac were about 90% of a full serving -- a call for celebration around here)
Inside was clean and the staff I interacted with were all friendly.
On a side note, let the employees skip the line to order their food for lunch. As a customer, watching an employee waste their break time in line pisses me off, especially when there is a 2nd area in the back for to-go orders to be made outside of customers view. Who would be offended at the perk of skipping the line as an employee anyway? Plus, it's only the employees taking their breaks during rush hour who are negatively affected by this. Total B.S.

Went in today and the lady who served my food (she was older sadly didn’t get her name) and very friendly and made my experience pleasant. It’s nice seeing a worker who appears to enjoy her job. Food was great as well.
