Great place for kids, especially young ones. Jump area is kinda expensive and no one monitors so we paid but 5 other kids who didnt pay were also jumping, leaving me wondering why I paid.

My son loves Chuck E Cheese! This location is pretty nice, and they have the jumping area. It's really cool they offer memberships. It's really worth it if you visit often. You also get a discount on almost everything inside.

I took my nephew here and signed up for a membership that i can’t cancel for 12 months without having been for awhile which was fine I just began coming often no problem at all. The issue is that every time we come the staff is terribly rude. I understand because I work in customer service and I work with children and I get how frustrating and exhausting it can be I can’t imagine it combined but no matter when I come wether it is full or when we are one of two families here there staff is always so incredibly rude. I’ve dealt with it and continued to come because I understand the circumstances and I have a membership I can’t cancel so it is what it is but i’ve had my final straw with this location. My 2 year old nephew was ran into by a staff member. Complete shin to the face while he was with his uncle and I totally understand accidents happen but when I ran up and asked what happened she had no response and when I picked him up and asked again she said “he was under my legs” no apology no concern and my poor nephew the tough guy he is was trying so hard not to cry with that pouty lip kids get when their feeling are hurt. I walked with him to the table and she just walked away like nothing happened. I was hoping we’d get an apology before we left but got no such thing. I feel like i’ve been more than understanding with the staff here but I just can’t continue coming . I will be calling corporate trying g to get out of this membership.

Threw a party for my 2yr old there. The service was ok. The amount of kids that are running wild from ages 2 and up without supervision, bumping into my 2yr old knocking him over is way out. They will announce that parents need to watch there kids and not let them run around freely. But nothing comes of it. They have one security guard who sits out front on his phone. The only person that was on her job was the manager lady. I do not recommend taking your kids here unless u get a party section and go on a day were it's not shoulder to shoulder in there.

5 out of 5! I haven't been here in years but I had my daughters first birthday here 1/2/25 Anita the manager was amazing she helped us with everything we needed. It was super busy for a Thursday night but she took care of business! Food was good we had pizzas wings, fries, salad bar, big cookies, beers. kids had fun, life is good. Thank you Anita and her crew!
