I am 68 and haven't been to Chuck since the 1990'S. Well my Son and his family came to visit and wanted to go to CHuck e cheese's with the grandkids. I was apprehensive...dirty,kids sick.. really bad pizza.....BUT, I must tell you ..this place was super clean...staff was clean, courteous and efficient....but, the pizza was one of the best I ever had!!! Happy Papa here! Spent 3 hours with my Son, Daughter in law,and my grandsons...wow,Things are changed at CHUCK'S....I even met him in person..lol. Thank you for some great Family Time to the crew!

My kiddo loved their birthday party yesterday! Hope gave us THE BEST customer service, please add tipping availability with payment. The food was okay, it’s about the kids having fun. We talked to several staff members and all were very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Chuck E. Cheese actually looks like a rat now! They made him smaller so he doesn't scare the children. The one in stockton has way less games than when i was growing, however, children still love the place!

My family likes to come to change out for a few hours playing the games. They like the jump thing & ninja course too, which makes it a longer time.

Chuck E. Cheese your general manager of the Stockton, California store Anita called me names in front of my child and he said I was rude when I confronted a concern then said well I’m not the one that paid for the party. I showed a receipt that I did pay for the party for my friends. I was just letting her know about an issue that was said to me, and then she threatened to throw me and my six-year-old out of the store. I asked to speak to her manager. She said she didn’t have one she said I can give you the number to corporate. She said that after that she did have a manager and she has a cell phone and he will be calling me after she talks to him first to give her side of the story I spent almost $100 a week at Chuck E. Cheese. I spent $500 from my child’s birthday party here and to have accusations and slurs and labels thrown at me because I expressed my concerns about something and being told I’m rude because of the way I talk. I don’t appreciate it. She went to my friends and lied and said I was being aggressive yelling at for me, which I wasn’t. The employees at the store were confused as to what was going on and she said she could talk to me any kind of way I want call me any names I want then she asked for my number so she said she could send it to corporate to ask why I was being refunded.
My grandkids love this place!!! look for coupons online it will help out a lot.

The girl with the red hair ponytail and glasses so sweet and helpful! She took over after our previous hosts went MIA, she was sweet and on point!! Give her a raise!!!
