For me it was a good experience to take my son over here for his birthday spent a little over $100 for 1 hrs passes for three. In witch the kiddos had a fun time including the 2 adults. However not to thrilled about the 3 mini trampoline set up they have. I figured with the money I spent they could have jumped for a few minutes or at least get a discount for them to jump. The guy at the trampoline set up was trying to charge me $20 for a few for each child. Later on another employee was saying it is only $10. Not to thrilled about the communication between employees and customer. Other then that it was a good thing we went on Monday not to many people and the kids got to play any game they wanted, when they wanted, in that hour. I recommend customers to check for promos prior to going in. The kids got a lot of extra tickets because of the promo.

He upset me but, then I believe realized and engaged with me. And deescalated my perception right before my family and I left celebrating my babies 3rd birthday.Kid-friendliness: My kids had a ball and energy safe!Wheelchair accessibility: Games are accesible for all ages

Points are better than the time because time flies and you get to use all of your points over time vs having to play. On stop. Especially with toddlers.

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in decades. I did not like it. It was dark & chaotic and the food left a LOT to be desired. So I was pleasantly surprised this trip. Bright and organized. The food was better. Staff interacted a lot to make sure everything was okay. Activities were contained in one area instead of all over. Much better than the last time.

There was never one at the counter to help order food or get prizes. Otherwise me and my son had a great time.

It's not like the old days unfortunately. The staff looks like they are underpaid. And they don't wanna be there and can't wait to go home.. They don't smile. The games are decent price during the week but a personal kids pizza on a tiny paper plate should not be $13.00 plus.

This is perfect for the kids of all ages to enjoy. My grandkids range from 1 to 14 and they stayed playing games and riding the kiddie rides the entire time. It's spacious and the party seating area is away from the rides and g
