Church's Texas Chicken

Professionalism and politeness go a long way. I decided not to order food after encountering how rude the person was that was taking my order at the drive-thru. My husband went inside to order his food and they still got the order wrong.

Instead, if you need a Church's (fried okra and butter biscuits) fix, go to the location in Modesto. It is clean, better customer service and food.

You know, everyone has a bad day @ work. It's either short staff or low on product BUT that should NEVER be a reason to dismiss customers concerns. I enjoy how the staff take the time to check if everything is to your liking.

Most of the time I go I have to go through the drive-thru because you don't have your insides open probably need to pay better so you can keep workers so you can open your insides customer service is not satisfactory because your workers always missing something in your bag and they know you're not going to get back in line to fix it because your doors are not open

Friendly fast service very clean helpful staff and the restaurant table areas very clean. The staffs pride in their restaurant shows in their knowledge and how well the tables and food prep areas are maintained.

WORST CHURCH'S EVER! They ALWAYS have a long wait even when there is literally NOBODY inside and you'll be the only car in the drive thru. Then after waiting 5+ minutes to order they out of white meat chicken, at 7 pm and yall close at what time??? These clowns gave me Hawaiian rolls with my order, which I didn't notice until I got home so I called them and they said "oh, we're out of biscuits so we're giving out the Hawaiian rolls" Yall should've said that BEFORE taking orders because I definitely wouldn't have ordered anything! How are yall out of biscuits, like of all things. Oh, last thing, Church's is too damn expensive to serve the hit or miss food they serve, when they actually have food, smh. ?
