I came in to order three ice creams, but the employee made four. I stopped her in the middle of making the fourth one and told her oh I only wanted two strawberry ice cream and one vanilla. So, she continue making it and when I politely clarified to the rude white teenage girl that I only wanted 3 she rolled her eyes, and when I tried to return the extra, I was told, “I didn’t charge for you for it we’re going to throw it away anyway, .” While I understand I wasn’t charged, the attitude came across as rude and dismissive I simply just wanted to give it back and not waste it myself!

I really enjoy Cold Stone, but this kind of service makes the experience negative. I hope this is addressed, because customer service is just as important as the product itself.

The customer service I experienced today was absolutely unacceptable. When I politely asked the employee if there was any more chocolate ice cream available, she snapped back at me with, “that’s enough” in a dismissive and rude tone. The bin was nearly empty—barely enough to scrape together half a scoop—yet instead of handling the situation professionally, she chose to respond with hostility.

This level of disrespect from staff is appalling. Regardless of age or experience, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected in customer service—especially from a brand like Cold Stone. If this is how management allows their employees to treat paying customers, then something is seriously wrong.

I encourage others not to simply accept this kind of behavior. Either take your business elsewhere or demand better service. Cold Stone owes it to its customers to properly train employees on how to treat people with respect.

The ice cream itself was very good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing during my visit on Wednesday afternoon. The two young girls working at the counter were quite rude when I asked for more chocolate ice cream, since the container looked empty. Instead of refilling it, they tried to serve me the leftovers from the bottom, and when I politely said I didn’t want that, they rolled their eyes at me. Very unprofessional behavior, which unfortunately ruined the experience

We had a new employee we think. We didn’t have a very full serving on Saturday night. We are very use to a generous serving. The product is always great.

Good service service, they were able to move the line quickly. Pretty good ice cream. Though I think I prefer baskin robbins.

Took my grandkids to have ice cream. The ice cream was super soft didn’t seem like ice cream. It was more like whipped cream🤬🤬🤬🤬 and either the girls were tired, but the customer service was not good either

So this is the only location I've seen to not carry butterfingers. No problem... last time I brought my own and they added it. We'll I go in today and they told me different answers of no. Because butterfinger was seasonal? And that they couldn't Because it is an allergen. Which is confusing since they have peanuts and Reeses so that doesn't even float. But regardless very frustrating and unacceptable to try to lie to my face about that. They need an adult to watch these kids

I came in and ordered oreo icecream with cake add in. When the employee scooped my ice cream she scooped the spot with no oreo in it. And i asked her to rescoop a spot that had oreo and she said no that just how it comes. And then she made me pay 3 dollars for oreo added in. Was still good, but why did i have to pay for oreo when i asked for Oreo ice cream

i accidentally placed an order i have tried calling for various days and no one answers the phone or replies back to emails

told this guy that works there with short hair to make me something himself and he made one of the best things at cold stone i ever had. its like a pizookie from BJ’s kind of. told him i’ll leave a 5 star review if it was good n it was great 😭

I purchased a cake here and it was not made as I ordered. I immediately called in and was told that I could come into the store tomorrow and get the cake made correctly. I was also told I did not need to return the cake. Though my child’s birthday was the day the cake was picked up I just agreed. As I was told, I came into the store the next day and asked about the cake. The next sales person said they could not remake the cake but would ask the manager to refund the cake. The employee said she needed to call the manager who I later found out is the owner. The manager spoke to the employee and told the employee that she could only offer a 15 percent discount on the next purchase. I spoke to the manager and was told the same. I only did what the employee told me too and what either employee said was not honored. It is sad they this location in Benjamin Holt treats its customers this way especially long standing customers. I will not use this location again as they do not care about their patrons or home or their word.

I was told they only have it in December and January! WTF! If I have a favorite ice cream my taste is not seasonal. I like my favorite ice cream year-round! Come on cold stone…you could do better. Get with it!!

This Easter season, 2022, cold Stone has Peeps ice cream. Bright yellow. It has a marshmallowy taste. And they top it off with a real live Peeps. Well, it’s actually not alive !

Cold Stone has a decent butterfat content of 12 to 14%

Spent 50$ on ice cream for me and my kids only to be told bathroom is out of order when my son is about to have an accident. Yet an employee walks out a few minutes prior and employee Gretal says oh well bathrooms not out of order it’s just for employees only. That I should take my kid to the bakery next door to use bathroom. First and last time coming to cold stone.
