Girl in the front was very rude, started laughing and disregarded my request to order and made me wait while she was playing around with her co workers. Very rude and inconsiderate.

The girl opened the bathroom door for someone then came back and continued making someone's ice cream with the same gloves. NASTY. Also none of the girls have their hair up it's in small little pony tails. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.

Staff took forever to serve us, the girl looked pissed that she had to help us. But overall, it was minimal pain. Idk if it's worth spending all your money there but up to you.

Great ice cream terrible LOUD music! Manager, please tell the young ladies working this evening, who are all very lovely and friendly, that nobody should confuse Cold Stone with a dance club. The music was just too loud. I couldn't wait to leave!

I ordered like it size, but I got a kids size cup same as my kid, small scoop. I did asked about I was told that that's what a like it size it is. Other Cold Stone stores have giving me the true like it size cup, with more ice cream in it. Also the day I visit the ice cream melted really fast, their Gia ice cream was not working properly.

Worst customer service. they don't answer questions as if they didn't hear you, they are hardly welcoming. I would NEVER recommend this place. The floors are absolutely horrendous. The ice cream is wack, baskin Robbins is a better alternative
What a sad place. Dirty store, all glass is cloudy and not obviously cleaned. Service was very bland and the store smelled of Clorox, assuming they cleaned something which I give couple stars for that.Maybe go somewhere else.

Couldn’t provide what was asked for as in chocolate flavor ice cream also unable to wash a blender to provide a shake. As we checked out another customer stated their ice cream tasted like water with no flavor and requested a refund. Beware of this at this location as it clearly needs better management.

Went 15 minutes before they closed, when I entered they looked at each other like "damn, another one" when I walked in, no welcome in or anything. I had to say " hello, how are you" in order for them to talk to me and this B*tch was like "I'm good" like wtf??? B*tch is you gonna ask me how I'm doing???? I'm clearly sad that's why I'm getting ice cream h*e. It's all good tho I ain't trippin, it almost seems like these girls were sad af. Like they being held against their will. Someone should help these girls. This was closing shift 1/5/2023. I hope the manager see's this. Start being nice to those girls, they even made my ice cream look sad. Sh*t was melted, Me and my Ice cream were both sad as sh*t. 1 star service mfs.
