The staff at this location is very unprofessional. Complaints made to the corporate office are redirected right back to the store manager who covers for employees. Staff here need to be trained or retrained on how to treat customers. This location is trash(Stockton location on Hammer Ln.)

This location and its Employees as well as Patrons are Dirty nasty rude and Hoarders . there is no sense of a Stable flow of products. they are allowing Hoarders to buy out the store in a time like this . also they are Packing the store with over 200 to 300 people at 10 am. not allowing older folks whom are card holders to get what they need . shut there doors for not following guidelines.

Costco used to be a place I can come to you and have lunch filling up on samples now that luxury is over which really sucks and I've been there four times for toilet paper and water and still haven't got it in stock they have that crappy Arrowhead water that tastes like plastic I am displeased that I pay for a membership that I can't even use

I love Costco mostly be cause of their return policy. The Kirkland brand products are great quality. I was there tonight and absolutely no water Covit-19 hysteria.
