We contacted Elizabeth at Country Catering for a very last minute catering order to be arranged across the country (as in the day before, after 1pm PST). She was responsive and so easy to work with! We weren’t sure what foods would be best given covid restrictions and we weren’t sure what was possible so we made several changes after the initial proposal.
