Picked up a slice during lunch. Crust was soft and sauce was just right.

Has definitely gone downhill, both service AND food. Was told to pick up my order an hour from the time I called - I responded oh so you guys are pretty busy and the girl said yes so it will be an hour which was fine. What wasn't fine at all was that I got there after 47 minutes b to be a little early so my pizza wouldn't be cold. But low and behold right away I could feel the box was not warm at all. I open the pizza I could easily tell it was lukewarm as if it had been sitting already for minimum 10 minutes possibly 20 out of the oven. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service and bad zero excuse timing on when the pizza was ready versus when they told me to come pick it up. Pizza has always been delicious in years past, yet my last few times it has been mediocre as if the recipe has slightly changed or as if the pizza wasn't cooked adequately or as it normally would be. I won't be going back anytime soon or ever for that matter and I've literally been ordering pizza from here for 20 plus years. And as others have stated there's a bunch of kids acting like kids working there versus mature adults that are running a business properly

First off the pizza here is delicious. Otherwise this would be a 1 star review. I've been coming here over 20 years and watched this pizza place grow into what it is today. The service however is terrible. The wife and I were in the restaurant on a random Tuesday in 2024. We were the only customers in the dining area. Our server Aly didn't even bring us plates when our pizza came out. We had to track her down. She never came back to our table once for the entire meal to ask how we were doing. We had to ask for refills at the front counter twice, and she wasn't even the one to bring our refills out. When it was time to leave they didn't even box up our leftovers for us. That has never in 20 years happened. Again, my wife and I were the only people in the dining area. They were not busy at all. The pizza here is my favorite in town, but if you get Aly as a server you might want to just leave. Unless you don't mind terrible service. Hopefully David gets rid of her soon.

Expensive and tasteless. I had a pepperoni and black olives completely tasteless. Their dough is tough as s shoe. You are better off buying a frozen pizza and make it at home.

Our fried ravioli a few was frozen in the middle. We got a toasted sandwich turkey was old and we got a half combo hand pepperoni pizza the veggies were not fresh at all and the flies flying around did not help. Out table napkin holder was dirty right when we sat down and all the windows look like they need a cleaning. I did not order alcohol so I’m not sure about that part. They had a cute outside area but I won’t ever go back

Food is great. Customer service was HORRIBLE. There was no line and young skinny worker at the cash register with a gold necklace that read “Rosemary” told me to hold 3 times as she answer 3 different calls and took orders, then she called out someone’s name to let them know their order was ready. Literally felt dumb standing there as she kept skipping me lol. The only reason why I’ll return is because food is Great! Customer service needs to be improved

David's Pizza came out and catered our Employee Appreciation picnic yesterday and their pizza was AWESOME! We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!
