This place has amazing prices and really good different items for any occasion/ events. And the owner is very friendly and helpful. She has helped me through the entire process of my daughter quinceanera party 4 years ago, and now again with my daughter wedding. I strongly recommend her for all your events/ celebrations

The service was disappointing, to being left standing waiting for service the owner knew beforehand she wouldn't be supplying. To hearing her give a higher price to a customer than what she should have charged...the dresses and accessories inside looked nice enough but I wouldn't be returning.

It is the worst place to rent or buy there. They are thieves ? abusive. They don't deliver things on time. I paid in advance and they never came to leave things. It says that I canceled and lost my money ? and I didn't get anything back. It's the worst ?. Going there is dealing with the worst people. And he always steals from everyone. If you are looking for dresses, don't come to this place!!!! The service is horrible!!! The owner is very disorganized and has employees who don't know what they are doing, but it is not their fault, because they are not trained as they should be. I made an appointment to go see the dresses, and they waited on me until an hour later because I was with other clients.I bought her a dress, and she told me it would arrive in a month, and a little more than the month passed and I had to talk to ask her if it had arrived, and she told me no. That she would talk when she arrived, and she didn't arrive until she was 2 months old.This lady charges for everything, even for ironing the dress. And I think that service should be included in a dress that cost more than $1,100.00 dollars!!!!! And it was just a dress!!!When I came to get my dress, she told me, if I use crinoline, I will rent them for $75.00. Then I talked to rent and he gave me another price, he charged me $100.00 for the crinoline and $100.00 for the deposit. I told her that she had given me another price when I went for the dress, and she told me, oh you want the crinoline for the charra dress, if that was the crinoline that she used to try on the dress. When I went to get the crinoline they did charge me $100.00 for the rental, but the deposit was $50.00. And when I returned the crinoline, the deposit was not returned because I didn't return it the next day and I didn't call either!!Avoid this place, look for better places that know how to give good customer service. He doesn't care about his clients, just the money!!
We bought my daughter's 15-year-old dress at this place and I loved the service because I ordered the dress with little time and they delivered it to me in time for the party and the dress was just as we ordered

Made an appt to try on quince dresses for Sunday at 11am with the owner. Show up on time but it's locked up, I call both phone numbers and she didn't answer. I don't live around the corner, so this trip was a waste of my time. We waited about 10 minutes with no sign of her so we left. After that she text me and tells me that she'll be another 10 minutes but we had already left. Unprofessional in the initial meeting, don't want that for my event. I'll pass. Beware.
