I had a really disappointing experience at Del Taco. They advertise a $5 combo on their sign outside, but once you get inside, you’re stuck waiting in a long line because they only let you use electronic kiosks. There’s no one taking orders in person anymore. By the time I finally got to order, they informed me that the $5 combo was no longer available and that it was actually a $7 combo. It felt like a bait-and-switch just to get customers in the door. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty and in serious need of cleaning and maintenance. It looked neglected, with peeling paint and grime everywhere. It seemed like there was only one staff member handling both the drive-thru and the cooking, which is concerning. All in all, I’m glad I didn’t end up eating there. Definitely won’t be going back

Stopped by this spot for a quick bite while running errands. The food came out pretty fast, and everything was warm and fresh. The tacos and fries were decent for the price — nothing extraordinary, but they hit the spot for a quick meal. The staff at the counter were polite and got the order right, which I appreciate. The dining area was fairly clean, though a few tables could’ve used a quick wipe. Overall, it’s a solid place for a fast meal if you’re craving something casual and don’t want to wait long.

I absolutely loved the carnitas burrito, the flavor was excellent and the size of the burrito was perfect because it filled me up, it wasn't too big or too small it was perfect. I price was great, I only bought the burrito not the meal. I enjoy how the Manager is so helpful when you are having a hard time trying to order with self serve machines, which I don't like having to use because it can be pretty challenging to don't, I am glad for the help filling my order. I do to go orders but the atmosphere is pretty quiet which I like, better than a regular restaurant which has that Music a bit loud it makes it hard to talk. I wish that the Carnitas burrito was a regular in the menu. I tried buying Carnitas burrito in Mexican restaurant and they DIDN'T have the same delicious flavor that DelTaco has

I needed to pick up a A fast lunch. However, it was not fast. I was in the Drive-Thru. Hoping to just get something quick, however it was a very long wait. I should have gone inside and I think it would have been faster. Tacos were okay. I would not recommend this place. I'd pass it by and go somewhere else

Going through the drive-thru, the customer service was still excellent - friendly and efficient. And just like before, the food was a real standout. Everything I ordered was hot and tasted so fresh, which was a really nice surprise compared to my past experiences with Del Taco. I'm not sure if they're making some positive changes, or if I just got lucky, but this was a genuinely great drive-thru experience. I'm definitely hoping this level of quality is here to stay! I am a real person not a bot. I really was surprised.

Don't stop here. Try another Del Taco. The playground smells like a dog pound and not suitable for children. 🤷🤦 Does it get wiped down? And if it is, with what? Hot dog water. The customer service is below average. 🤔 I guess this place doesn't have God as it's foundation. For the love of Christ Almighty the breakfast burrito was disgusting. I am just saying, was it egg in the burrito?

Just came thru trying to prove that del taco was better than Taco Bell to my daughter and the cheese wasn’t melted in the quesadilla and the tacos had basically no cheese when they’re always packed full. Super disappointed. It’s not hard to melt cheese in a quesadilla..
