I ordered online and they took my order. Says online that they were open and when i got there it says “Closed for employee dinner”. Yet they took my order and charged me 51.50 for my order. then the manager looks at me like im stupid? like you took my money and TIP. and wont give me the time of day to atleast refund me ? Definitely a waterloo rd experience smh. Do better.

I went and ordered 2
Thanksgiving Day meals to go. When I went back in 10mins later, I was told that the only thing that our dinners lacked was the cranberry sauce. So I thought maybe they would over some money back, when they didn't I figured it was made up with more of something else. Nope, not that either. Thought it was in poor taste on their part

Food was poor. The mashed potatoes tasted like water, my chicken fried steak was cold like it just came out of the freezer, my veggies even tasted like they just came out of the freezer. The food was horrible. The was only a young lady back there cooking.

Great service amazing food the staff is friendly the old lady there at night shift respectfully because I don't know her name but she has been working there for years was so nice to me and my friend to stop by at 3:00 a.m. before a early shift in the Bay area to pick up breakfast

Well we go they're a lot and usually the staff is really nice but this time there was a problem with the birthday barcode when you go on the website to retrieve your breakfast,and so we were trying to get someone to help us with that and Irma the waitress there was trying to be helpful said it got taken off but didn't (She tried but couldn't I guess)another waiter was also trying to help and everything despite being busy . A waiter named Dante was extremely rude , he threw an attitude at me ,raised his voice and proceeded to berate me .Lastly at the end trying to pick a fight with me and my boyfriend as we were walking out and Irma had to tell him to stop and be quiet.I think he needs training in customer service and how to treat customers because that is unacceptable. I don't think we're ever going to be going over there anymore because of hot headed unprofessional Dante. Other than that everything else was wonderful. This occurred September 7th ,4:21pm 2025.
