This is our to go pizza. Today I was unsatisfied with my order. The pizza was undercooked. The cheese wasn't fully melted. I had to finish it in the air fryer. Next time I will definitely return it!!

Sorry but Domino's on charter way do not deserve any stars period‼️ About 15years they used to be good.I haven't gotten pizza Charter way Dominos for a long time cause the pizza was terrible 😝,long story short, decided to give it try, again,so try calling see kind of specials,girl answered then hung up on me not once but 3 times.So decided to just go in and check it out.regreat it, they were so rude and have very bad service.

The store is ok, the service ok, but I have been a Domino's secret shopper 30 years ago and this store makes the worst pizza and food I have ever eaten. Tried bacon cheesy tots and the bacon was BLACK. I have worked as pizza driver 12 years, was pizza cook(pizza hut) and worked in many pizza restaurants, NEVER had pizza this BAD!

So i ordered dominoes online at this store(closest/wilson way) they charged my card but no order was placed. Called to see what's going on, a guy told me he didn't see the order, then said "hold on" retrieved the call and said the order was sent to charter way. So i called that store on charter way(ghetto mfs) and it wasn't sent there. So i called back(Wilson way) explained and told them i can see on my bank statement where they charged me.(55.47) So where's my order, He(a different employee)then had to get a "manager". She gets on the phone i explain to her and awkward silence, im like hellloooo and then she says "yes i can hear you, says, oh it'll go back on your card after 12. I brush ot off...OK KOOL. She proceeds to say i can take your order over the phone and u can place the order again. So i proceed to tell her my order, i had 3 pizzas ALL THE SAME, i proceed to tell her the toppings(2) she cuts me off with an attitude and says "ok, lets focus on one pizza at a time, now what you want on the first pizza" i hung up. I don't even think you smart enough to even be conversating with me. Then the nerve to have an attitude after y'all took my money!! Pleeeaassseeee. I refuse to spend my money where I'm not respected. I will eat from dollar tree before i ever buy from here again.

Food was great , and the employees were friendly. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when I asked for cheese and peppers. When I ordered 8 pizzas and was told that they were $2 a pack!!!!!! This is crazy and makes the service feel like I should never order at this location or Domino's in general.

I fell out with Domino's years ago. Always felt their ratio of Pepperoni to pizza was alway off. It is the New pizza with Philly cheese steak, the Tik Tok pizza that got me back. I will only go back for that. My grandson wanted Pepperoni and he like it.
