This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes longer delivery time too. Wished they stopped being so greedy with their toppings because we paid extra for them. You can hardly tell there is spinach on the pizza -_-

I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for three pizzas with an autistic child in a hot car. It said it would be 15 minutes in the app. I kept going to check and there were 5 employees in there just chatting. Only one was working but she was also chatting and taking her time. That’s crazy.
Horrible service. I placed my order a little after 9pm After over an hour and well past the estimated delivery time. I called to find out what happened. The man I spoke with said it was because they only had one driver. They told me if I wanted to come pick it up I could. Then the guy said he would give me my money back or a free pizza. I talked to my family and we decided to cancel. I had to call back because the guy had hung up. I called and spoke with Maria who had a nasty attitude. She tried to act like she couldn’t hear me and when I said just cancel my order. Only then did she say ok. While I was asking how would I get a refund she hung up on my face. Whoever the manager is for this shift needs to be fired.

This is our to go pizza. Today I was unsatisfied with my order. The pizza was undercooked. The cheese wasn't fully melted. I had to finish it in the air fryer. Next time I will definitely return it!!

Sorry but Domino's on charter way do not deserve any stars period‼️ About 15years they used to be good.I haven't gotten pizza Charter way Dominos for a long time cause the pizza was terrible 😝,long story short, decided to give it try, again,so try calling see kind of specials,girl answered then hung up on me not once but 3 times.So decided to just go in and check it out.regreat it, they were so rude and have very bad service.

The store is ok, the service ok, but I have been a Domino's secret shopper 30 years ago and this store makes the worst pizza and food I have ever eaten. Tried bacon cheesy tots and the bacon was BLACK. I have worked as pizza driver 12 years, was pizza cook(pizza hut) and worked in many pizza restaurants, NEVER had pizza this BAD!
