orders are wrong every time we order. Not good!!!

We order our food online, and when we go there to pick up, it was a mad house, our order was completely wrong, people there were waiting for there orders for 20min to even an hour.

Waited 3hours for two XL pizza and no vegetables we got a deluxe pizza also it's burnt thin and extremely cold but there was only 3 workers they said there was 70 pizzas to make I'm am disappointed from my favorite pizza😔

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. 45 minutes later it's still in prep phase. I go to the store and pizzas are still not even made for the oven yet. Then a refund is given back to you 5-10 business days later. That is ridiculous. Never ordering from there again.

You could go any Domino place, but not this one! I order online at noon, not the busy days. 1 hour later, they haven't bake the pizza into the oven yet. 2 hours later, I call them & they hang up me. It's said the approximately 10-15 minutes , but it's been more than 2 hours later. This isn't the first time happened, but some those employees are rude. I only "pay later" when the pizza is ready if, this happened sudden. I don't recommend here in West Ln, Stockton.

I did an online order handtossed pizza here last night. It was good but unfortunately my wife found hair in the pizza..And I remember when I picked up my pizza the young lady making the pizza didn't have a hair net on

Nicole opened the store so graciously and helped me as soon as the store opened up, she was patient, kind and better yet she made my pizza soooo good that I had to come back later that day to get the Same exactly order..lol

Slow and the pizza tastes like cardboard

Asian lady and Mexican girl both in there 20s maybe 30s both utterly rude and need to be fired. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up when I got there I asked where the garlic oil was on the crust lady said she doesn’t put them on there and if I wanted it I can buy the garlic butter and put it on myself. I told her it comes on the pizza and she shrugged and the Mexican agreed if I want it I have to pay for it this store doesn’t give a crap about following directions all hand tossed pizzas come with garlic oil on the crust plain and simple.
