I ordered online and was told be ready by 8:01-8:11. My son got their at 8:01 and waited. They knew he was picking up the order and after pizza was cooked they told him they forgot the 12 piece spicy chicken. He called me and told me they said 10 minutes. Those 10 minutes made my son late for work and they only gave him 7 pieces with some burnt. I tried calling a few times but no answer and the machine hung up. Pan pizza for 17.99 was also terrible.
