ordered delivery at 5:25pm on Sunday stated 19 minutes delivery time. Tracker indicates at 5:33pm quality check and food was done and just idling there. 5:55 nothing still idling by 6:01pm indicates delivery driver at my door nothing and Noone from dominos here. I'm waiting as it continues saying delivery driver one minute away then another 1min this goes on till 6:22pm but I recieve a notification saying order completed. The GPS provided by Domino shows the delivery driver never showed up or even went down my street. The GPS shows delivery driver went down a street on a block up from my delivery address then indicated completed. I call as I'm perturbed as we waited 56 minutes for a order originally suppose to take 19 minutes I live only not veven 5 blocks from this establishment. I spoke with Laura regarding issue and she indicated delivery driver just pulled up to establishment and placed me on hold. Laura hops back on call indicating delivery driver said my phonenumber was wrong as I was not answering my phone (um I'm busy,that's why Domino has address). I have order numerous times without answering my phone and my food was delivered. I told Laura cancel my order as the delivery individual wasted my time by aloofing the whole 22 minutes that delivery was here then completed then I have to call to cancel as delivery made up a imaginary story and waste my time and their own gas as gps indicated 1 min away block away from me due to there unethical practices ontop of it the food was Done at 5:33pm so this delivery driver had my food for over a hour disgusting I ask for hot due to compromise immune system. I had a 20 dollar tip but God had other plans. You guys should really delve deep in on accountability and not making outlandish excuses to consumers when it your mistake!!!!Words mean nothing actions due.

Encourage your delivery drivers to pay attention and read simple English. You provide a space for delivery instructions and the customer takes the time to add instructions: read them. Unfortunately, things won't be getting better in this country (or the world at large) as long as it remains the case that the only things most of you read are your social feeds and all you pay attention to are YouTube, Netflix and TikTok vids.

We live a couple of blocks away so we’ve ordered a few time. Never had any issues with our orders and the food is always delivered fast and fresh!
While visiting Stockton for a week, I craved pizza. This Domino's location has been the best place to order pizza and other delicious food to choose from.

You can't take to a store there ai don't get my address ▶️ right the person in the call center tells me my address is not deliverable for my ara so then I call for another store and then I'm told to call the store I was trying to be call in the first place now it's to late to get food delivered
