Ice cream is sooo good! They need better service though. Young girl didn’t know what she was doing.. also PLEASE WEAR YOUR HAIR BACK. LIKE NUMBER ONE RULE WHEN WORKING IN SERVICE. SHE HAD LONG BLACK HAIR AND WOULD BEND OVER TO SCOOP THE ICE CREAM AND HER HAIR WAS FALLING INTO THE CONTAINER. Really love the ice cream and the authenticity but please practice better hygiene and wear your hair back

The selection has a great amount of different and unique ice cream creations. I had the churro flavored puffs with bananas and coffee scoops and some granola toppings, friends has shakes. The service is fair, maybe they are tired, they could be friendlier or excited but it was a lom drag just to get an order. The service was ok for the wait and quality but attitude is everything.We did have youngsters come in flashing dollar bills through the store. Not sure if thats the kinda vibe you want especially with children. Otherwise it would've been a better scene

Workers weren’t very welcoming. Service from girl was dry, but dude was better. Images make it look good but definitely mid. Ordered a vanilla “puffels”. It was very much flavorless. Also ordered a glazed donut with ice-cream. Mmm choice my favorite flavors and wasn’t good. No good options for toppings. Wouldn’t recommend. 4/10 :/

My kids had an ice cream craving, my son specifically asked for the place that does the “sandwiches”. Everything tasted great. You can ask nicely to sample a flavor that you are unsure about. I thought the churros were perfect - not tough to chew at all. The staff was helpful and thoughtful.

Ingredients in ice cream has slipped BAD. It's not uncommon to order BIRTHDAY CAKE or COOKIES N DREAM and not receive any delicious bits inside anymore - just flavored ice cream. Now consider the price and how inconsistent the serving sizes are and this place just ain't worth it anymore. It's a shame that small businesses all seem to lose their passion about 5 years in.
