I walked up to the window to order, i then waited in my car. Once i noticed my order was almost done, a customer grabbed a drink from the counter i was a bit confused on how that customers order could be ready so fast if i was waiting for 10mins. And they had just gotten there. The customer was grabbing a drink picking it up and observing it for a while when an employee grabbed it back and then asked me if I wanted my drinks in a cup holder. I was confused on why the employee let the customer just grab my beverage like if it belonged to them and held it like if they had ordered it. I was very disappointed with the employees, thinking that it’s acceptable for customers just to grab random items from the window and not asked them if its there order. After i asked the employee to remake the drink, the barista rolled their eyes. I didn’t want to place my mouth on drink that was touched by a random person.

My DAWG Tay is a goat, he provides such good energy always asking to shotgun to the point where it might be a health concern. He needs to bring back the cornrows for the one time. Theres also a new good soul David hes so funny on window!!
