Unfortunately I will no longer be coming to this Dutch Bros. The policy at this establishment is to NOT START mobile orders until the person is present. I am not sure if that was Dutch Bros intent with pre paid mobile ordering.I feel bad for the staff that I have seen dealing with frustrated customers.

I like and recommend the cocomo It's my favorite ,and this location has a couple of outside tables that's a plus.
Staff is AWESOME!!! So nice and friendly and very helpful with recommendations. The drinks are always made so delicious. Perfect start to my day! Cool stickers i would recommend using the app for points and ordering there more options on the app then in person just a heads up.

I love Dutch bros but the service here sucks I usually never come to this location today I came I noticed two young ladies just talking away with one car taking their time and when it came to my order she got one drink down I ordered my second and she was already giving me my total I looked at her, I said I'm still ordering. It's very rude to make me wait while you take your time talking to your friends and then try to rush my order.... this is poor service I don't think I'll be coming here to this location anymore

i wish the workers had name tags so i could say the young lady’s name but she had a hair clip in and was not helpful at all. I normally never come to this location and was not familiar with the menu. She was so annoyed to help me. I will not be coming back.
