Takes forever to get drinks. My drink was watered down and didn’t taste good

Always makes the drink the best in all Stockton, and the best energy with those who take orders! I was excited for the order ahead feature, I visit lathrop’s Dutch a lot and they always walk out the order ahead drinks so you’re not waiting(which I thought was the point). This one doesn’t seem to do that. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 40 minutes in line…. Might as well disable that feature… left to work extra early just to make it late! Pleaseeee work on it, I love this location but the service isn’t what it used to be.

This location is also fairly new very clean another one of the best locations in the country all crew members here are very polite respectful always busy unless they're on break keeping customers happy and Dutch location here up to par always Ty guys I'll be back:)

I stopped getting coffee here for a while because of one of the staff’s customer service , just tried again today and my first sip of coffee literally had an onion taste to it .. then I mixed it up and it began to smell and taste like Castro oil .. idk what they have going on in there but to many times I get a drink from this location and something is not right with my drink . I’ve gone to other locations and never experienced that .. NOT OKAY !

Love Dutch Bros Coffee. I just recently started going to this establishment vs. Starbucks as the flavor of the espresso used is well balanced. No bitter taste and many milk options. Gave a 5 star, it would be nice to have more pastry options, that’s my only gripe. I love their high protein milk options as I have a hard time finding that at any coffee shop esp a chain. Location is easy to access and ample parking for walk up service. Using the mobile app is a must!

First time trying Dutch Bros, I went through the drive-thru and the person taking my order was kind, and patient enough to explain all the drinks to me and make it easier for me to order what I want. The wait time wasn’t long, the drink was delicious, but most importantly the customer service was splendid. The customer service is the main reason I will be coming back to try more drinks.
