While the service is generally good, I've noticed a recurring issue with the drinks. It seems like there might be a disconnect between the dancing and talking in the background and the accuracy of the orders. Specifically, when I ask for oat milk, the flavor balance in the drink tends to be affected. Offering a bit more attention to detail in drink preparation could enhance the overall experience.

This has got to be the slowest Dutch Bros location I've ever been to. Why I have ordertakers out taking your order. If the people inside can't make the drinks and get you out of here in a timely fashion? I think I will continue doing Starbucks mobile order because at least they have it right.

Delaney and her crew: Lorelai, Mikey, Rina and Makayla are always super helpful with drink recommendations depending on your cravings. Delaney is so friendly, welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

I frequent this Dutch Bros a lot and for some reason Jamiah is always the one helping me. Her recommendations are always spot on and she helps me figure out new sugar free or at least less sugary drink options to try. I'm hooked on the caramelizer, sugar free, extra ice, with oat milk right now.

oh my gosh there is this little duo at hammer that I always see and they are so funny, always so eager to talk to me and have a good day. I think its Kimora and Dalton, It is nice knowing that Im able to go to a coffee location and feel like im one of their own even though I don't work at the location. Dalton invited me to bowling which i declined because I had to work that day. I always feel at home during my visits. Another employee is Eddy. We just have fake beef its so funny and its comedic that he knows my good friend dorian. So we all got the lil bit and knowledge to be great friends!his name is dustin whoops

There was no line so I thought I would stop since I ordered a drink in Stockton downtown Dutch Bros and it was excellent!!
I went to Stockton, Hammer Lane/West Lane Dutch Bros and received horrible customer service. I will NEVER go there again. I tried something different and the woman stated, "If you don't like it, we can gladly remake it."
It was too strong so I asked to remake it after I tasted it with a straw - the drink was almost 9 bucks.
I asked her to please remake it and she never asked if i would like a refund since I was not ordering a drink that cost $4.00. They took forever to make my drink now there was a line of 10 cars behind me and she never gave me my receipt saying it was refunded.
The crazy thing is she was more more worried about getting the drink I sipped on - more that anything else - BAD BAD customer service and then was really rude about it.
HER NAME was ALLY - who make sure she got the drink back and came to the window like a bully!!!

It was my very first time going to Dutch brothers I ordered a cold brew with hazelnut, sugar-free syrup and sweet cream foam. I absolutely did not like it. By the time I took my first sip, I was too late to go and take it back. Then I noticed that it was getting curdled in the cup. I was really disappointed. Needless to say I took one sip and threw it away.
Love it. Bigger menu through the app and free drink for signing up.
