Eddie's Pizza

This is not a pizza place you can just walk into. I walked in with my family and the whole place was practically empty but had reserved signs on all the empty tables. I asked if there was any seating available and was told no we will be having a party arrive in an hour and a half.

We arrive at 8:03pm they tell us after ordering $150 dollars worth of food after trick or treating with kids that we cannot dine in because we walked in after 8pm every employee had an attitude except 1 all the young kids in there just talk instead of work and have an attitude if you ask them anything that has to with their job save your money and a headache don't go here the manager is of no help either

Worst French Dip sandwich ever from a restaurant. Meat dried out, 2 1/2 deli thin slices of meat.

Horrible experience. The staff was rude. If you go there and are celebrating any occasions that include cake, make sure to take your own knife and paper plates.

GO TO ANY EDDIES BUT THIS ONE. Salad bar was empty, girl brought us crazy bread we didn’t order and when we told her she had an attitude like we were in the wrong. 1 of the 3 pizzas had to be re cut, should’ve asked for a 2nd one but everything was a hassle to these girls. Asked for plates for a birthday cake and new policy is no plates for cakes but she gave us styrofoam to go plates to cut in half. Waste of $200, last time here

Came here on 10/03 with a friend. My friend asked the young woman working the register in a gray sweater about the lunch special. She told my friend there is no lunch special - I referred to the giant blue sign on the window about the lunch special. From that point she let my friend order the lunch special. They had 1 slice of pepperoni out. No lettuce for the salad bar. The woman said she would refill it. Almost 20 minutes of waiting - no refill on the lettuce. We were told that they are “cutting it up in the back”. The lettuce clearly came out of a packaged bag. The service, wait time and food was terrible. We won’t be coming back.

My husband and I were there for lunch and both the salad and pizza bar were bare. Customers came in stood in line a few minutes before someone came out to help them.

Grab a bite pizza is nice

I ordered a simple two topping pizza with chipotle sauce. I was given the wrong pizza not once, but twice. The manager even came out and told me the pizza was correct even while looking at the receipt that clearly states otherwise. Over a two hour wait. Not even so much as a sorry. Completely incompetent staff.
